Stay away from this place. The owner lies, refuses to return phone calls and simply does not do anything. He has had possession of my boat for over 5 months and has not fixed anything. In fact the motor is in pieces sitting out in the weather. My bimini top has also came up missing while in his posession. Again stay away from this place…

Do yourself a favor and don’t bring your boat here until management and the ownership changes. My boat sat and sat OUTSIDE of the gate for a week, waiting for repairs after being promised it would be moved inside for safe storage and fixed within three days. Basically my boat was parked on the side of a dirt road for anyone to take and not fixed. Granted my boat is not brand new, but it is my boat that I care about and work hard for.
The story: — I Went here upon a recommendation from a friend. Apparently years ago this was a great place for repairs, not the case anymore. The owner can rarely be found at the shop, won’t return phone calls, and boats are stored unlocked outside of gates and utter disorganization inside the gates. Most of The employees are very nice and apologize for the lack of communication —they too cannot get their boss on the phone, nor can they even tell me when he will be back. Seems like the boss (owner) has some other more important things to do than to run his business.
Unfortunately all the employees aren’t trained for all types of repairs so they couldn’t help in this situation. — though they did try. I appreciated that.
SO, If you like lack of communication, an unresponsive owner, and an unsecured location, this place is for you. If you don’t, then I suggest trying somewhere else where you can see the owner of the shop face to face.
