Needs more staff. The girls working tons get were sweet, but there were only a few. I waited at a drive-up spot for 15 mins(after pushing the button to order) before deciding to go to the drive-thru… Which was another 5 mins at the speaker before someone took my order and 10 mins at the window to get my food. If I was t craving sonic, I would have left.

This is easily the WORST service I have ever experienced. I am in the customer service industry and I understand sometimes you get extremely busy and it’s difficult to provide great customer service to everyone. However, there was absolutely no one at Sonic when I ordered my food. The girl burped when she came to my window then handed me my food. I asked her for ranch when I handed her my card, when she returned, still no ranch. So I pulled up to the park and order and asked for ranch, again. I was rudely cut off and was told they would bring it out. As I am writing this, there have been a total of two cars come through the drive thru and four people working inside. I have been sitting here a total of 10 minutes at least waiting for a single packet of ranch. This is literally the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. It’s sad too because I used to come to this location all the time when I lived in the area and always had a great experience. I’m not sure if the management staff has change and does not know how their staff operates or possibly the owner has changed, but this kind of service is worse than you would expect from a poorly run fast food restaurant that has had 50+ customers within the 20 minutes I have spent waiting for both my food and my ranch. The total wait time after i ordered my food: 25 minutes.

So this is a nice sonic location. Typical sonic stuff! I visit here several times a week. Things that keep me coming back. 1. 79c large drinks all day long. Other than the fact you should leave a tip its like going to the gas station and not having to leave your car. Plus sonic has so many drink options that if you don’t like something they have you must be crazy! 2. Happy hour 2 to 4. Half off everything I believe. I typically only get drinks. 3. After 8 half off milkshakes. Now I am a huge milkshake fan and before I discovered sonic had decent milkshakes id go other places and get a milkshake and pay $ 3 are so dollars. At sonic you can get a large milkshake and leave a tip for $ 3 dollars. The service is always great. My only thing I could recommend to anyone reading this is to make sure you tell them easy on the ice. Their policy is half the cup with ice on drinks. I tell them easy on the ice and get maybe ¼ of the cup with ice instead. If you go there just to get the ice then buy a whole bag only 1 dollar! I know some people are ice fans I am not but 1 dollar isn’t bad for the size you get. Plus its that great sonic ice. Make sure to always tip your food person. They will remember you if you tip and always treat you well!

I love going to Sonic — it reminds me of the old old Sonic drive ins when I was a kid. The food is still very good, and it’s my fave place to go for a burger.

Sonic is what it is. The burgers have a really distinct«Sonic» flavor to them — I’m not sure exactly what’s in the meat, but you know it’s from Sonic as soon as you bite in(and it’s kind of really gross when you burp it back up after the fact). But let’s face it — I don’t go to Sonic for the burgers(and I don’t think I’ve ever even tried their fries!), I go to Sonic for the slushies. The delicious, delicious slushies. A strawberry slush with the little chunks of strawberry floating inside has saved my life once or twice(when it comes down to falling asleep at the wheel or drinking a delicious slush, TAKETHESLUSH.) Normally this would be just another«meh it’s a chain» review, but I have to give this Sonic location credit — the staff is always incredibly pleasant, to the point where it’s mildly creepy. That’s an extra star or so. I’m also throwing on half a star for the employee who tried to bring me my food despite clearly having no understanding of how roller skates actually work. That was kind of hilarious. For me, I mean. It probably sucked for him.(I haven’t seen him around lately — I hope he didn’t fall down and die!)
