I am only giving Barnetts Flowood one star because there are no negative numbers. I waited three months to get my hail damaged SUV repaired. They then kept the vehicle 12 days and did not touch it. In fact they left it out front in the parking lot unsecured the whole time. The customer service rep did not return calls or emails and was unprofessional.
I had a very bad experience at this shop.
