DO NOT GO HERE! This place used to be ok, but it is now a disaster. Very poorly run. I booked a back-​to-​back facial/​massage last week and was scheduled for today at 11:45.
First, the receptionists they hire at this place are always the WORST. They can never find my information EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I. COME. IN. I have been seeing them since at least 2011!
The receptionist today couldn’t figure out if I was new or not (even though I told here I wasn’t). She made me fill out new client paperwork anyway! (whatever).
There is no one in the waiting area except me and her. She leaves and goes to one of the back rooms while I sit there filling out their paper work for the second, third time I’ve visited.
Their phone rings… and rings… and rings… no one ever comes to answer it.
My appointment is at 11:45. The aesthetician doesn’t come get me until NOON! What the hell were these two women doing back there??? (NO APOLOGIES)
When my facial ends, I ask the aesthetician about going directly to the massage room. She says that the massage therapist was not there yet, so I need to wait up front. Ok fine.
I wait for about 5 minutes when the receptionist tells me that the massage therapist had an «emergency» (yeah right) and she would need to reschedule me. I told her I could not reschedule. She offers me no discount, no compensation for my time, nothing. She mumbles something about «sorry».
I have called trying to reach a manager and they are not answering their phone. I’m pretty sure they knew the massage therapist wasn’t coming all along, but didn’t want to tell me.
The massage therapist I went to when I first started going there, Charity, was awesome!
She quit over a year ago… I now understand why.
