The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He helped me pack my shipment and gave me a reasonable price. I’m an avid novel reader and I always need to make extra copies when I find something good so; I come here to get copies all the time, sometimes he even gives it to me for free. Best customer experience by far! Highly recommend this fedex.

One of the staff/​owner at this place wanted me to remove my review and harassed me with messages through Unilocal with threatening tones, such as «U still didnt remove the review yet? What is yr home address let me see you in person». Not only did he mistaken me as a different customer, I also learned that I was in fact overcharged because he claimed that he charged someone else one dollar (again original quote: «I gave you for dollar And still compliant? Come to the store»). This guy didn’t stop until I warned him that I will file a civil
suit against him and the store. Again, like I said, avoid this place if you can. There are plenty of other Fedex places in this area. Don’t bother with going to this place where they disrespect their customers and attempt to infringe people’s first amendment right just.
