This is a review for Karen Yao who works here at this company. She is great as an agent as I could only imagine! I threw at least 50+ questions (from multiple calls) at her as I am a first time homeowner. I would have expected her to become impatient and agitated but she was not and instead courteously continue to thoroughly explain the whole process. I could not have ask for a better agent than her, and she has done way more than I could had imagine. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends!

I insuranced my 2015 Yamaha R1 here, the rate is fairly cheap, and the stuff there treat me nicely, they smile all the time and are willing to help.

Sindy really helped me out on getting a good quote on my motorcycle insurance. I previously had progressive, and decided to shop around when my annual rate did not drop.
I am very satisfied with the new rate I received, also the agents at this location were very friendly and helpful. I do recommend to this place when shopping for auto insurance.

Wow, was my first word that I said as I entered this State Farm location. All of the agents present were very professional and inviting. i switched to state farms insurance about 4 months ago and i couldnt be happier… i was skeptical about switching to an agent after years with geico… actually, years of over paying, wish i had switched sooner, way sooner.

I got my auto and life insurance through them. Violet Chen is my agent and I’m always satisfied with her help. She is super patient and professional, solves all the insurance problems before I stress myself with any, always explain everything for my peace of mind. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of help with their insurance. I haven’t had a chance to interact with any other agents at their office (always go to the one that I’m satisfied with) but Violet’s customer service is just outstanding!

We all realize that insurance agents are a dime a dozen, however; this particular insurance agency far surpasses the others! The minute I stepped through the door, I was warmly greeted by all the agents. When I met with my agent, Maggie Ku, she instantly brought my sister and I water and offered us numerous snacks just to make sure we were comfortable. She was not only hospitable but caring, kind, friendly, courteous and above all, knowledgeable as to what insurance options were right for me. Maggie saved me TONS of money! Upon leaving, I was again sent off by the entire office staff with well wishes, huge smiles and warm hugs. I HIGHLY recommend going to see them for your insurance needs and especially recommend Maggie Ku. You will NOT be sorry!
