great roast beef sandwiches and curly fires served here the only bad thing I can say about this place is that they serve Pepsi product and not coke product and they are not cheap for a fast food restaurant if they had coke products then I would give a 5 star rating

Horrible customer service! This was always our choice when we were treating ourselves to fast food but the last time I went the roast beef was awful looking and tasting, I tried to return it and they wouldn’t even though my daughter didn’t touch hers and my husband had two bites. I called corporate and sent pictures and they apologized and said the location would be in touch with me but of course they never were(huge surprise). I won’t be back.

This place is like two seconds away from my house. I’ve been here several times and have had bad incidences on multiple ocassions. There was once a time I went in with my sister for breakfast and both employees were not in their uniform, just a tank top and shorts. There was a time I ordered curly fries and one of them was covered with mold. There was a time I ordered fish and got chicken instead, which sucks because I don’t eat meat. And the time I did get fish, an employee told me that the fish was old. Just yesterday I ordered an egg and cheese croissant and the egg wasn’t cooked all the way. I had to throw my sandwich out. The customer service is also mediocre at best. I can’t believe this place is still open. This is an unprofessional establishment.

This Arbys never closes at the advertised time, always earlier. Bunch of young kids that can care less about the business or bother to come over and help you out at the register in a timely matter. Shake machine has been down for weeks. But who cares, it’s fast food

Came here because of their Onion rings and burgers. If we talke about size, this place really serves huge onion rings and burger. Love my burger with a lot of veggie, the patty was extra large which make it really good to have. The shakes was not that good, I guess the that I had at the burger king is way better than this one.

I Love it Here! The cleanliness is amazing and the people who work there are also very nice! They even gave my sister free toys. The food is great and always warm! No long lines! This is totally the best Arbys i have ever been to. Amazing place!

The three meat Reuben is salty. Mozzarella sticks are tasty. But it was a fast food joint so I’m not going to wax philosophical about the delicate intricacies of the rewarding art of culinary service. Please. I’ll save that for Lagasse and Bastianich.

The special right now is two french Dip & Swiss for $ 6! Add a large order of curly fries and a shake I have a full dinner for two. Their take on the«Philly» sandwich is good also. Tip– The dining area is spacious with nice décor. The parking lot is very small. Left turns out of their parking lot is a challenge because of the high traffic on Metropolitan Ave.

Like the fact that they are opened late and the food ways seems fresh and not much like a fast food place, I really like the smokes brisket sandwich. You can really taste the smoke in it

Great service and food. It’s a little Out the way but if you live around here it’s ver convenient to walk to. The Resturant is open until 11pm and the drive thur is open until 12am. Also convenient because most people around this area drive.

Shake machine«out of order» as usual(read as: «We make more money by keeping it turned off when business is slow»). There are far better options available nearby. Maybe when they decide to make their menu items available when WE want them, not just when convenient for them, they’ll be worth another look.

I love this place and their food is great esp. for fast food. you wont be dissapointed, i wish they would build more in nyc but try the Reuben; half turkey and half corn beef and curly fries are good too.

As a frequent eater of chicken tenders throughout many different restaurant chains, I decided to try Arby’s for the first time ever. Their chicken tenders tasted like the kind I would find in a more expensive restaurant like IHOP, Red Lobster, Applebee’s, and the like. Even then, these were even better because of how fresh & hot they were. Cheaper than KFC, Nathan’s, and the other restaurants I mentioned earlier, and even better. Restaurant-quality(and sized) chicken tenders for the fast food price. Arby’s Prime Cut Chicken Tenders are a MUSTTRY. Only disadvantage is, this is the only easy access Arby’s within NYCs five boroughs, and it took me nearly an hour via the M train to get here from midtown Manhattan, and I feel like I spent more time waiting for an M train at Metropolitan Avenue station for the return trip, than I did enjoying my food.

I never had a chance to write a review about this place since I’ve been there a few times, but their food is always fresh. I’ve had both their breakfast, and lunch/dinner menus especially their New York Style Reuben sandwich corned beef and turkey is the best sandwich by far I ever had there. I’m not too much of fan of their curly fires, but I order there onion rings instead. The staff are friendly, place is clean, décor is okay, but there parking lot is small, and sometimes you may have to use RadioShack’s parking lot when its full. Over all I definitely will come back again.

THREECHEESE&BACON w/Curly fries. Pretty decent and tasty compared to Arby’s other bland tasting sandwiches. The curly fries kinda sucked that day. Cold and soggy. One of the main reasons why I like Arbys is their curly fries w/their horsey sauce. As for this location, I like it better than the one that’s along Horace Harding near Utopia Parkway. It’s less crowded here but the parking lot is quite small. The interior is identical to the one on Horace Harding. I usually stop by this Arby’s when I’m coming out of BJ’s at Metro Mall. It’s better than the Burger King in Metro Mall in my opinion. That Burger King in that mall could never get your order right.

Fast food is not my cup of tea per se, but occasionally I do venture to Arby’s where not easily accessible in New York City for the difficulty to locate. After departing from an appointment that was well received only to be mere feet of distance on Metropolitan Avenue to be electrocuted by eye witnessing electricity dangerously spewing from a live wire of a utility line, I quickly sought the nearest indoor shelter for substance. Disappointingly from memory Arby’s had the most flavorable chicken cordon bleu sandwich, which has been discontinued. I do love their very mild spicy curly French Fries and their market fresh Turkey wrap. Service is efficient and attentive for clients to be reference by first name basis in a fast food restaurant is unknown for this Arby’s #7737. Facilities is full operational and clean with a airplane style lock«vacant» or «occupied» indicator on outside of door. There is a Captain’s Bell bell(originated by Long John’s Silver who Arby’s later copied in their franchise chain) to be rang upon exiting for clients to loudly voice their appreciation of a good experience, which is much better than standard written comment cards to be easily lost or never reaching its final destination to the corporate headquarters lair.

Oh Arby’s, how I love thee. We all know NYC is lacking in it’s fast food offerings(no Chic-fil-a, Arby’s, or Sonic in Manhattan proper), so when I found out from Jill that there was a new Arby’s in town, I almost had a heart attack. Three trains and 45 minutes later, I finally arrived at Arby’s in Queens. Oh, glorious, glorious Arby’s. Man have I missed you. I got my usually cheddar fries and medium roast, for if I got anything else it would be like committing adultery. It’s even better than I remembered. Everything was hot and delish straight from the fryer. The«restaurant» is brand spanking new. Everything is sparkling clean. Minus one point for trying to charge me for a refill of unsweet tea. I’m sorry, but when you’re giving free refills of coffee, pepsi and other sodas, don’t even try to make me pay for a refill of tea. Just because you keep it behind the counter doesn’t mean I will pay for a refill when there’s free refills of everything else. Don’t discriminate against tea drinkers. If you love Arby’s… go… NOW!
