reception sucks. waiting hours are long.

Rated zero star! I made appt to see Dr. Yee for and insect bite (probably bee sting). However when I come in for the appt, they told me she is not available so I saw whoever doc was available.
The front desk told me normal copay will be $ 50. They are now charging me $ 136 for a ten minutes visit and the doc did not know sh*t.
Go there at your own risk and good luck!

I like Dr. Huang very much and that is the only reason why theres even any stars in my rating. The front desk has the worst stank attitudes ever. I called to get MY medication list and they refused to give them to me. They LIED about how many medications I have because different front desk told me different numbers. They told me to just ask my pharmacy but I was already on the phone with them and they WERE SO LAZY to give them to me. I have the right to ask for the medications that I was taking. There were extremely rude and it makes me feel uncomfortable going to the office.

Very rude receptionist, you can ask them how long the wait is & they will say they don’t know. I made an appt & had to step out for a second, when I came back & I have to wait like a walk in patient. Never going to come back to this office. There are many more Drs out there that have better service!!!

The receptionist has a terrible attitude… every appointment i made… i still need to wait an hour to see dr. carol huang. so why ppl has to make appointment even they walk in on time??? Bad arrangement

Under the care of Dr. Huang, I have been able to control my acne with the medicine that she prescribes me. Even though you make an appointment but be sure to wait almost 30 mins to an hour to see her. The receptionists are friendly which is good because they represent the front of the office.
I would recommend Dr. Huang to my friends!

I have been seeing Dr. Huang for the past two years. I have removed one mole with her and was pleased with the procedure done by the doctor (in the office, no pain after being injected). The reason I’m giving two stars is because: 1– the wait time is like two hours. My appointment was set for like ten AM, i went into the room around 11.30 ish. Come on, if you give me an appointment for ten, I can wait half an hour to 45 minutes, but an hr and half is too long (I go back to work/​school after my appointment) .When they call you in, other patients are also called in, so you wait another 15– 20 Minutes in the room until she FINALLY comes in. 2– After the mole was removed, I was experiencing a lot of pain. I called the office asking if the Dr, can call me back, and never got a call back. I received a call from the nurse AFTER complaining for a WEEK, and she got a message from the front desk to call me. I was very unhappy with the call, because she told me to come in and dint let me speak with the doctor. For my next mole, I didn’t go to Dr. Huang because I didn’t want to be in the dark like last time. Overall, I still go to Dr. Huang for the basics. She is a great doctor, who listens to your questions, doesn’t rush you, and has great bedside manners, on the other hand is impossible to get through to her.

1 star service was for the front desk, I like Dr huang but their staff in the front was terrible. I went there, totally forgot about my refferal, so I was calling on my cell to my pcp’s office, but My phone company had poor service in that office I got cut off several
I asked the front desk girl if I can use their phone to call my pcp. she says she had to ask (what??how much can a phone call cost??)anyways, there was this women there looks like some manager, she says to me there is pay phone in the hallway… wtf? what kind of office is this… of course I cancelled my appoint ment and walked out

I have been seeing Dr Huang since last year. She has been treating me with mild acne problems. She is very thoughtful and tries to help me save $ as my insurance doesn’t cover all medications. She will sometimes give me samples or give me other medications. The wait to see her is long, about 45mins in the waiting area and 15mins in the room (they try to let you wait in the room so patients do not complain). The other doctor working with her is as good too.
