History
Established in 1992.
Computer Publishing Concepts was established originally as a desktop publishing, resume and word processing service. Since then, it has grown into a full-blown graphic art, corporate ID, web design and Internet Marketing service. CPC owner Larry Launstein Jr started out using his journalism experience after getting a B.A. in that field from Michigan State University. As time went on, Launstein started branching out into desktop publishing, graphic art, and web design as he attained a B.F.A. in Visual Communications-Graphic Design from the University of Michigan-Flint. He is a 2008 Student Silver ADDY Award winner for the VSA Michigan-Genesee County web site, and has also won student awards at Mott Community College. His artwork and phtography has also been featured in exhibitions. CPC is a member of the Frankenmuth, Michigan, Chamber of Commerce.

Larry L.
Business Owner
Larry has been operating CPC since 1992, after receiving his B. A. in Journalism from Michigan State University. While at MSU, Larry served on the MSU student radio station WLFT-AM, and wrote for the Mott Community College Post before attending MSU.
Larry discovered graphic design pretty much by accident, but was exposed to it while a student at MSU, due to his editing classes and his exposure to desktop publishing through the old Users Computer PC Organization (UPCO), in Lansing. He has a Bachelor In Fine Arts-Visual Communications, with honors, from the University of Michigan-Flint.
Larry has won a 2008 Student Silver ADDY Award for the VSA Michigan-Genesee County web site, and has won awards in student art shows. He has also been a staff writer for the Michigan Times student newspaper while at UM-Flint. He is also currently serving as a community contributor for magazines in the Frankenmuth /Birch Run area, Flushing, Fenton, Swartz Creek and Lapeer.
