I placed my Silver Name Ring (NR16-​S) order online on April 4 and it was shipped on the 20th and received the 22nd. It came out exactly how I ordered and expected. The website says it takes 7 – 10 business days to manufacture (if diamonds are added a little more) so do not be impatient. I contacted Elim Jewelry thru email because I had forgotten to write my apartment number but I still got it! I am completely satisfied! :)

I purchased a personalized name necklace from Elim from their website, big mistake! First of all, the whole order took longer than they advertised. Secondly, the chain was an inch shorter than what I paid for. Lastly, the necklace was in a slightly different, less attractive font than what was pictured on the website. I emailed my concerns to them, with pictures showing the differences in the letters. They said they would not refund my money, and were rude when I called. Beware!
