Very bad company. DO NOT USE EVER.
I purchased my ticket to Atlantic City from a Mrs. Sandy.
I tell Sandy that I am staying the night and i need a ticket for tuesday morning-​wednesday night. Sandy says that they have a seat for me and takes my money.
I take the bus to AC and even though my seat is broken and does not work because it is stick in the recline position and even though someone complained about the Air conditioning so they turned on the heat. The ride was OK and not 2 bad.
What earns this company 1 star is the return trip. I arrive for the bus that Mrs. Sandy told me 2, i show my ticket and the woman informs me that I am not her customer and that I have to wait standby for my ride home. I ask her why and she says that its the policy of the company to only issue same day tickets. I tell her Mrs. Sandy took my money and told me it was ok for the overnight trip. The new woman insist I wait standby and I tell her that is a bad practice to LIE to the customer and take their money.
She yells and cusses me, I yell and cuss her. The whole bus sees me and yells at me. Then she allows me on. Like she was doing me a favor for providing the service I already paid for.
To make it worse. She asked me for a tip. I told her I do not tip for bad service or lies. She cussed me again.
DO NOT USE. THIS IS A BAD COMPANY.

G&E, not to be confused with GE, happens to be one of the many shuttle/​bus transportation companies of the Chinese communities. Compared to the commuter sized vehicles based out of Manhattan, these ones are smaller and cheaper. Granted, it’s not a luxury class ride, it still stands to be one of the most affordable non-​MTA associated transportation choices in the 5 boroughs.
Like the ZhongHua shuttles, these buses hit up Chinese concentrated communities and charge $ 3 – 6 per ride depending on the destination. Destination choices as I’ve known of them for now is Chinatown Manhattan /​Downtown South Street, Flushing, Brooklyn Chinatown, and Elmhurst. The cars on the other hand are not as well maintained as the Zhonghua ones, hence the one star knock.
And for our fellow non-​Chinese speakers just know most of the drivers don’t speak much English. Sometimes «Brooklyn» (Bu Ke Lin) and «Flushing» (Fa La Sheng) is enough to get a nod or a head shake, but sometimes there is a sign that will note otherwise. While the adage of «you get what you pay for» tends to be the case, the prices are ultimately tough to beat.
