Through my own stupid fault, I thought I caused some serious and expensive damage to my garage door late one night. I called and left messages with three places around 11PM, urging anyone to call me first thing in the morning to help me out of my sticky situation. Ron was the only one to promptly call me back the next morning and arrange an appointment to come by my house. I thought it would merely be an assessment and he would have to come back again to perform the work. Not only was he a few minutes early but after 5 minutes, he gave me a quote well below what I thought it would cost and told me the work could be done immediately. Within 60 – 70 minutes, my automatic garage door was functioning again and damaged parts were replaced. Ron was courteous, friendly, very professional, and an overall wonderful person to deal with. I highly recommend his business for all of your garage repairs.

I just called the company trying to inquire about tanned colored garage door. The person answered the phone was very rude. He mumbled something on the phone and then hung u on me! I thought we had gotten cut off so I called back. The same man with a grumpy voice picked up the phone and just said «you wanna make an appt?» And I said I just need to know if you keep tanned colored garage door in stock? To which he then hung up on me. So I called back again, and no one is picking up now. What is going on with this business?!

Called in and scheduled an appointment for them to check my garage out and see if they can give me a quote on how much it will cost to put the motor in. Came home early from work for this and they never showed up. Didn’t even get any re-scheduling call. Not even going to give them another try.

I needed to change the automatic garage door mechanism as it has not worked in years. Ron was very prompt and kept his appointment time, and we agreed on what needs to be done. He returned that evening to perform the job. Ron was very pleasant and easy to deal with, and replaced the mechanism with a new one, added a keypad outside the garage door, and two working remote controls.
He did a great job, in a timely manner, and I am very happy with his work, and glad I chose him to do the work. I highly recommend him.

I got three quotes for replacement of my garage door, and Ron’s price was significantly below the other two companies. Turns out he is a very nice guy who did a really fabulous job doing the installation. My garage is nearly 100 years old and it turns out it has a slight slant to it, and Ron must have spent a whole hour adjusting and adjusting the brackets to get the fit just right. Be aware that he also does business under the name Payless. I feel like I really lucked out with this company and recommend highly.
