H&R Block

The place is so terrible. They fee is double price than others. By the way, the accountant are all part time students. Don’t have any experience. Put the wrong address and name. It’s so ridiculous. The attitude so bad too. Never go there again! !!

I wish I could hire one of those giant inflatable rats to put outside this place. I will never ever go back to the WORST H & R Block office I’ve ever come across. I attempted to do my taxes here 3 years in a row. With the last year resulting in more taxes that I needed to pay and also… peace of mind? More like peace of mind for them to earn money off of me. Mr. Shah is irresponsible, the branch manager Maria — something was disrespectful and rude. When I called to get answers as to why I had to pay extra on my taxes after the fact, I got the run around over and over again. I even showed up in person to get to the bottom of it with no resolution. When Mr. Shah finally called me back 2 weeks later, in mid-​conversation told me he’d call me back. Never happened. I then called to get the name and number of the district manager and she never called me back either.
So to recap I got shafted by H&R Block, ignored and completely disrespected. I will never go back to them. If you want a good accountant, private message me so I can refer you to someone who’s cheaper, a hundred times more reliable and gives me peace of mind for free.
