Horrible experience, the representatives all have really bad attitude. They have cold face and they don’t care what you are talking about. They refused to refund for bad food. When I asked if I could talk to the manager, a person told me that you cannot talked to the manager! Really??? I will never come back to h Mart. The company should teach their employees what is the right way to treat customers!

The food quality is not a guarantee, especially for those you«can’t see right away», like watermelons. When you get home, cut it into half, and wooh, you got a bad one. Here comes the interesting part: if you want to return, make sure the following: 1. Original receipt(understandable) 2. Within 24 hours(which means you have to open it up within a day!) 3. Bring the whole thing! Not a cut as a sample, whole watermelon! If you bought 2 or 3, bring all of them! Unfortunately, I forgot to bring the second half and they wouldn’t return. I don’t care about my 5 bucks but it is unpleasant experience. BTW, be very careful doing business with these customer representatives because I got refused to talk to the manager because they claimed that the manager can’t speak English.

Korean restaurant within is the bomb. They dishes is reasonable with mamas an and mex behind the turn table. Really friendly people; however no ticket pick up, funny how Korean seniors yell out your order for pick up. Had a beef short ribs and they gave u a plentiful amount. Much cheaper than a full fledge Bbq place. I’ll stick to this!

This is a decent H-Mart. Inside is very clean and organized. I usually just stop in here for one of the vendors that’s next to the cash registers. There’s a Ah Jashi that makes fish shaped red bean cakes and sells rice crackers. His red bean cakes are pretty good when it’s made fresh. I wish the skin of his cakes would be crispier. The inside is a little too soft and runny sometimes however it’s still a decent red bean cake.

Can get any Korean item I want here. Usually packed here on Sundays so I usually come to shop late in the afternoon after everyone is home from church.

Solid produce selection w a good variety, ultra fresh & well presented. Lots of Korean specialties as well as other Asian brands, condiments, rice, noodles, sweets, teas etc. The seafood is well priced & fresh. NoT a huge market but amply supplied. Kimchi made fresh. Huge remade foods area is immaculate & super fresh. Outdoor plants & orchids. Makeup counter. Navigate the aisles on your own, some English spoken by staff. Private parking.

It’s better than the one on Northern Blvd. Bigger with more variety of items. The cashiers here are for the most part younger and more professional than the rude halmoni cashiers located at the other H-mart on Northern Blvd. Except this one weird male cashier repeatedly sniffing at the coffee(Sarabeth’s hazelnut ground coffee) that I had brought to the counter to purchase, literally rubbing his nose in it. I’m not kidding. He even had the audacity to mutter something disparagingly in Korean when I looked at him coldly like the weirdo he was. Note to cashier. Don’t rub your nose into products that customers are purchasing. What are you? A two year old child?

This is thee H Mart to go for everything. Whenever I am in the area, I hit this place up for their amazing produce and meat selections. I have recently discovered the best frozen dumplings made without MSG. Their dduk(rice cakes) were so-so and not as fresh as Han Ah Reum’s. Their snacks, Pepero, mochi, and cookies are so darn addicting. While I am happy their prices are pretty reasonable, their sale prices are even better and I end up cleaning their shelves out on my favorites like chocolate almond Pepero! While there are many other H Marts to choose from in Flushing, I tend to come back to this one because of how clean, organized and spacious their store and parking lot is. The H Mart in K-town in the city is a joke compared to this one. Their H Mart always has a funky stench in the air, its super cramped and difficult to maneuver around in. Their limited selections in everything is really sad. If you ever have a chance to head out to the Flushing area in Queens, you need to come and shop at this H Mart on Union St.

I LOVE the fish with red bean paste inside. This is like the ONLY H-Mart that has it. What else can I say except that it’s just a regular supermarket? The plus side is the fish! MUSTTRY!!!

DISGUSTED — I ordered a dish from their offset dining area and asked for no meat, egg, fish or any other seafood in my food. I ended up with CLAM in my food. I do not eat things from sentient beings and the fact that I thoroughly asked her about this beforehand, I feel like vomiting all over her. Had a person with a legitimate allergy eaten it, they very well could have died. Her reaction when I said this was laughter — what kind of sick person is she? They will be hearing colorful phone calls from me tomorrow.

I have friends from not-New York always telling me to spread the gospel of Wegmans and how amazing they are. Sure, they’re good, but nothing compares to the awesomeness of H-Mart. Ready-made, fresh Korean food, a great selection of produce, fish, and meat, just everything is amazing. All at awesome prices! GOHERETOSHOPNOW

Smaller than other H marts but still has all the essentials that you need. Everything is very clean here and their hot food selection is always very fresh and yummy their pre-marinated bbq meat is also very good and super easy to make at home I also trust their raw meat and fish. Everything is prepared very clean. no mystery meat or weird smell like some of the chinese supermarket

LOTS and LOTS of Korean food and products! LOVE the seaweed aisle with many different flavored seaweed. Try one and you will want more! That’s what happened to my cousin. Now every time she goes into H Mart, she won’t leave without having at least 5 packs of seaweed in her shopping bag. Seaweed craze but very good and so addictive! LOVE the pre-marinated BBQ meat. Super delicious! Need some good meat for a group gathering? LOVE the pre-packaged Korean appetizers. Grab a few of them for dinner and call it a night! LOVE the tasting samples given at different sections of the supermarket. It helps me, especially when I am not that familiar with Korean food. Taste it before you buy it! There are a good amount of cash resisters on each side of the supermarket so the lines go pretty quickly. I usually go to the other H Mart on Nothern Blvd, but I might start coming here instead. =) Note: There is FREE parking in the lot~!

This place changed my view on life. The ludicrous amount of samples, with the huge size, and Asian-ness of it all. I have a new pinnacle for Asian markets everywhere. (sheds a tear)

This Hmart is quite a hike from Main Street and not for much. The location is quite small due to limited space and the food court is pretty non-existent. If you live a few blocks away it would be convenient, I guess. I’ve been to quite a few Hmart locations lately and this space is pretty sad in comparison to the Super Hmarts. The register ladies here are really angry. But, the panchan selection is really good and very fresh. I like Assi more because it is cheaper and has more brands to choose from.

This H Mart is SOOOOBIG! Everything is so neatly organized and the aisle are wider than the other H Mart stores. I always come to H Mart for that filet of salmon. The filet of salmon that I can eat just as is. Uncut. Raw. Delicious. Muahaha.

Dear H-mart, how I love thee. Lemme count the ways… 1. Insanely delicious low-priced generous portion in-house Korean food hut! The most expensive dish is what, $ 12? But all the stonepot soups, over rices, etc are just like Korean restaurant quality but not Korean restaurant prices! Long live Namoodol! 2. Taiyaki stand with red bean fishie cakes 5 for $ 5. Delicious batter, always skillfully made. This treat totally makes my day. 3. Popped rice chips. Also from the same stand as the taiyaki. These disc-like chips comes in regular rice or green tea flavor. A wholesome healthy snack for your sweet or savory cravings! 4. Supermarket full of sample stands. Get all your Asian food needs here. The best part is definitely the junkfood dry foods aisle. 5. Spacious free parking. What’s not to love? *Namoodol closes around 9pm *Taiyaki closes around 8pm
