My mother went to purchase a rice cooker but needed to return it because of a defect. A salesman named TONY refused to offer a return. According to my mother, he was incredibly nasty and rude to her.
Tony, I’m going to go look for you next time.

Bought the best oriental furniture with good price. Staffs are kind as well… they have electronics. Delivery and installation was only 30 bucks.

Zero stars. They have the WORST customer service. There’s a reason the store is always empty, even on the weekends.

Their customer service is awful. The price was labeled incorrectly so i was charged more. When I returned it due to this reason, the sales/cashier’s words made me feel that it was my fault! They seemed that they didn’t understand what I was saying and didn’t take it serious. At the end of the story, they did not make any apology at all! Won’t go to this store again!!!

Don’t go this place!!! their customer service is terrible and horrible. If u need to buy an electronic item, go somewhere else. u pay money to them and they will treat you unbelievably rude… OMG it was the worst customer service ever I had after they sold me a broken item.

I went twice this week and found the employees to be rude. One responded with a sarcastic attitude when I asked if they had more of a certain item A pretty standard question as lots of stores have more merchandise stored in a basement or somewhere. Another cashier was abrupt.

The casher’s attitude wsa terrible. She intended to teach me and my wife. She didn’t know how to communicate with customer. I won’t visit the store anymore.

I’m not sure if this is the correct one, but we went to the Ridgefield, NJ Home & Home.
Worst possible customer service return ever.
Bought the brought the night before and wait for my siblings to review it.
They were not willing to return a purchase that were done 12 hours before.
When asked in a cordial statement, Can this be return, they started a fight.
Why would you want to do business where Customer satisfaction is not guaranteed?

They no longer have shuttle bus service. So bummed.

Place is awesome! All korean… Is like Lotte Mart back in South Korea. Staff very friendly. This place is very pricey. Bed sheets and covers for $ 150+. They have a little bit of everything of course imported from Korea and everything is expensive here. Location is hard to find. It’s located across the DMV going up.

Came here twice and loved it. It was big and had everything I needed. Whenever I see a cute bowl or pot etc in a Korean movie or restaurant I come here to purchase it. They have all of them! I can’t say if the price is high or not because I don’t know anywhere else i can purchase my earthenware bowl at to compare.

I used to pass by this place, I thought it was part of home depot they way it was named. So I made a plan to visit this place one day. And that day came, I went inside and I was surprised.
The store is made in such a nice way, I thought I was in a supermarket in another country, the staff was nice. They had electronic equipment from juicers to television, from kitchen to bedroom sets, from shoes to clot hings. And most of the stuff were cheaper than PC Richard and Macy’s.
I found a set of nice shoes, I couldn’t find the right size, the staff tried there’s best to find my size. The shoes looked so nice, as they were imported from Korea, non of my friends could find the same spot. So this place gets my respect and 5 stars.

AMazing Asian furniture, appliances, and all kinds of cool useful home stuff!

This place is pretty COOL… they have a variety of items… I also like the fact that if you want to decorate your home in an Asian theme, you can find everything in here… they have electronics, furniture, baby items, clothes, etc.

There are a lot of affordable items and a lot of varieties. But I don’t think they’re sturdy enough to last. All in all, I’m personally not a fan of this place.

I like this place. It’s a slice of a Korean department store like Lotte and «dong-​dae-​moon» compacted into one floor. You’ll find Korean items for a reasonable costs at Home plus, renamed, home and home. I drool at the pretty korean dish sets, kitchen appliances, tv’s, blankets, clothing, cosmetic corner of Korean products-​Isa knox, charmzone, etc etc, and most things Korean except produce and meat. Within this humungo warehouse, a small café exists, for refreshments for the weary. When I get a craving for Korean style market I find myself drawn to Home Plus. I mean home &home.
