I had called/​emailed this law firm 15 times to handle something they should have during the sale of my aunt’s house Most of the time there would be no response even for messages left for Keith himself. I finally got fed up after 2 months of getting nowhere, called up the title company myself and ended up resolving the matter within 5 minutes! This was their duty and even after paying for their services they didn’t have the courtesy to even get back to me timely. It shows me that once they have your money, they simply don’t care…
