Absolutely terrible doctor. I only saw the nurse until I requested to see the doctor. At which point, he came in extremely impatient. He told me everything was normal. When I asked why I’m still having symptoms, he told he «he didn’t know», everything looks good from the test results. And at that point, he just stopped talking. At this point I asked him to give me some advice on how to better manage my symptoms, he goes«I recommend you start exercising more». Now, I’m a 28 year old marathon runner, in tip top shape, so I just laughed and left. Because I’m in a gap period without insurance, I paid cash, so I was extremely dissapointed that after paying him in excess of $ 500 for tests and medical visits, he basically told me «he didn’t know» what was wrong with me. If you want some shady medical operation this is it. if you want a doctor who cares, go elsewhere.

Dr. Li’s first specialty was Internal Medicine, but this practice is for Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Nice doctor, but he needs support staff re-training or re-hiring. Their current location is new and shiny in the Queens Crossing building. WAITINGAREA Lots of seats. Water cooler didn’t have cups. LCDTV usually on. One unisex bathroom. Nice wood interior. They tend to overbook, so the waiting is looooong. 15 – 20 waits on weekdays, 1 – 2 hours on Saturdays. RECEPTIONISTS All-Asian female cast that look like in their 20s. Gossipy, loud, blunt, don’t smile, gum-chewing, Japanese hair straightened fashionistas. They speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Korean. — Not very professional, but I didn’t like the way one of the girls treated a man that couldn’t speak English. — When booking for my next appointment, the gum-chewing Korean girl asked me one-word questions without eye contact or addressing my name(I didn’t even know she was talking to me, I thought she was talking to her co-workers). — One time, one of the receptionist let me sign a form to the wrong procedure. I almost had the wrong procedure done if I didn’t ask a question before they injection me with anesthesia. Maybe they’re relatives, I really don’t know how they got hired. NURSES The nurses are nicer. More professional and 1up themselves when things get busy. No complaints, just compliments. PHYSICIANASSISTANT Nice, intelligent, good bedside manners. DR. LI Nice, intelligent, good bedside manners. Always seem rushed though. TD;DR Medical staff nice; support staff sucks. And they overbook.
