Mr. Manzi is an attorney that has many many years of experience and specializes in Residential Real Estate Closings in the New York City and Long Island areas.
We hired him to represent us in the sale of an apartment in New York City. He was recommended to us by a long-​time active real estate agency in Queens that has recommended his services to clients for many years.
We have a lot of experience dealing with attorneys, and hiring attorneys, and I have to say that Mr. Manzi for the services he provides has a reasonable fee and is one attorney that we did not mind paying. He was generous with his time, proactive, very responsive and helpful to us resolving issues that arose during the transaction, was on top of documentation to make sure that the other parties were in compliance, and helped to move the closing to an expedited completion. He was also very pleasant and easy to deal with.
It is very easy for us to recommend his services.
