I purchased some tumbled stones and a bracelet from this business. I specifically asked the shop owner if the stones were heat treated & I was assured that the stones were «natural».
I took some of the stones to another business and they confirmed the stones were in fact heat treated! I took 2 of the tumbled stones back & asked for a refund and was told that the tumbled stones were final sale. I was not informed of the store policy when I purchased the stones and was not given an itemized receipt.
The store owner offered store credit and I insisted that it was useless since I would no longer shop at her store. I do not appreciate being lied to.
The only reason that I’m giving this business a 2 star review is that the jewelry is nice, but very very overpriced even after the «discounts».
There is no guarantee that the stones sold are authentic. For the prices they charge there should be a money back guarantee otherwise I don’t feel comfortable paying hundred of dollars for a pendant!
