I have read reviews about this place, especially about Jonathan. Jonathan did hair cut & ombré highlight. I had really messy highlight before, so it was not easy job for him. In fact, couple of other stylist in other places did not want to do.
Jonathan took long time just to get the exact look that I wanted. He is very passionate about his work & really nice to his clients.
My hubby also got hair cut. Jonathan treated both of us really well & got us the look we wanted. From now on, I will get hair done from him only for sure. Thanks Jonathan once again.

Loving my color & hair by Jonathan! i am beyond amazed at the results. Totally recommend anyone to go to him! He is so patient and really wants to help you achive the look you are going for. Never been happier with my hair. Amazed at the results. The amount of effort and time Jonathan puts in you your hair is crazy. It’s a brightly lite, clean salon right in downtown Flushing. I’ve been a loyal customer of Jonathan for years, he is always professional and gives honest recommendation based on your hair structure, not pushy to do outlandish, or unnecessary treatments. But if you are looking for something different, he will be sure to give you that wow effect. The greatest thing about his cuts is that it grows out very nicely, even after a few week, it still retains the style. I’ve gone to stylist where you look great when walking out after their blow-​dry, but it’s difficult to maintain after a few weeks.

I Never had such a pleasant experience than the one I had here! I came here on a whim after looking at Unilocal reviews. Went in to do an ombré/​cut with Jonathan and Now I understand all the raving reviews.
He was extremely patient and honest which meant a lot to me. After searching in queens for a permanent hair place, I might’ve finally found the one.

You definitely get more then just a simple haircut here. The stylists put a lot of time and effort into making sure you walk out of that salon with a fresh cut. The highlight for me is when they wash your hair and they give you a head massage at the same time. Like holy crap let me just lay here for the rest of the day and just sleep.
But anyway the whole experience is very enjoyable. I recommend Barry to everybody, he’s a great stylist and a very nice person. He knows how to start conversations and he makes the effort to remember who you are. Yeah this place is a bit pricey but you get more than just an average haircut!

The place is under new management. Can’t say anything about who use to work there. Just left the salon today. Adam gave me a reverse ombré? Top is light caramel color and darkens towards the tip.
I’ve been going to Adam’s salon which use to be called In-​Hair on 38th st. Price is still reasonable. Great style.
