Unbelievably bad. He put a crown in, it keeps falling out. My girlfriend had insurance, he asked her to pay for her work, he promised to give the money back when he got the money from her insurance. Despite several calls and emails, he never gave the money back.
Now, he keeps sending me emails and text messages (like «special offers»), even though I asked that my name be taken off his list. Like a bad dream that keeps coming back to haunt me.
When I first met him, I liked him. He has a good bedside manner. But he is a terrible dentist and a crook. Don’t be fooled by his smooth talk, go somewhere else.

Short or reasonable wait time; clean office; free wifi, easy parking and Bill works with you. What more can you ask for? Go ahead and make an appointment.

Queens Family Dental us the BEST! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and then my parents recommended QFD and they help me stay current with my dental care. I recommended them to my girlfriend and she loves them as well. So happy I found them

Bill is a good guy and very pleasant to get to know. He listens and remembers small details. As for the back office it’s another deal.

I had previously put in a bad review due to untimely reimbursement, and limited customer service, however, once the owner saw my review, he made a personal effort to reach out to me and address all of my concerns. He even offered to whiten my smile for free to apologize for the inconvenience. That’s good business!
I got my Invisalign done with dr. Lai, who is amazing at her job. I gave 4 stars because unfortunately, she is only in on Thursdays which can be restricting due to patients’ schedules. It also takes a really long time for your trays to come in when they’re ordered. But if your Thursdays are free, I highly recommend seeing her.
Other than that, it’s a very clean dentistry with a variety of options for your dental needs. They also have good deals running all the time so you can fix your teeth at a bargain!

If I could give ZERO stars to this place I would!!! But before I explain why, let me clarify that it is not due to the dentistry aspect. This pertains solely to the HORRIBLEEEEEEE STAFF that works there. Starting from their INCOMPETENT secretary— Not only is she incredibly rude, nasty and mocks patients when they call, she doesnt not have the people skills nor the communication skils to address any issueswith a PAYING PATIENT. I have had a year of hell and message and appts screwed up bec she deliberately cancelled my appts, would NOT replay messgs to me from the manager — the list goes on!!! The owner, head dentist is mainly in Astoria. The Fliushing office is a shit show. They are always overwhelmed, putting callers on hold for ridiculous amounts of time, they never have an answer as to hold long they have to wait — - after waiting over hr already. I have never come across such horrible service in all my life.
I was told the Invisalign would take only 6months— its now OVER A YEAR AND A HALF — - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I tried very hard to work with this office. It took six months to get a crown which I have just found out from two other dentists is still not right (as I suspected).
The office staff is not reliable in what they say they will do, I had appointments confirmed only to find out the «case» (my crown) was not, in fact, in the office. One time I got there only to be told they never ordered the crown (which I had just waited several weeks for it to come in), and that the crown (now on the third or fourth attempt) now be started again from scratch.
Seek out another dentist.

Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE. Bought an Invisaline deal for my wedding, I was told that the process would be done before my wedding which was 9 months away, so I gladly handed the coupon over instead of returning it which I should have done. I do not have bad teeth, just wanted a slight alignment. I was slightly calmed by a sign they have on their front door that said they are Invisalign certified, boy was I fooled! The dentist had a «dental assistant» applying my bumpers (clear little cement dots that help the retainers fit and align your teeth), really not sure if an «assistant» is supposed to be doing such work but she was clearly not experienced and did not know what she was doing. First she put too much cement and it seeped between my teeth not allowing me to floss which is very important with Invisaligns. The dentist had to come in twice to put this saw like tool to clean it out, who knows if that has damaged my teeth but I needed a filling in the area since it has happened. She also dropped some glue on my face which burned and left a slight scare, no apologies. Wait there’s more, she also burned my lip while holding the light gun they use to help the cement adhere to your teeth. I had to see a dermatologist since I did not want to see scares in my engagement pictures. They wanted to charge me to have my bumpers taken off for my wedding since the treatment was not finished, even though they told me it would be, so that is when I complained about the assistant. The office manager did not offer any apologies, took a look at my face and said I can’t tell, you’re fine and that I would have to pay for the removal and to have them put back on after the wedding. Other than that, the place appears clean and the front desk is nice but you can tell flustered. The office manager was rude and the inside staff seemed disgruntled. They make you feel like you’re bothering them when you show up for an appointment, I feared when I sat in the chair sometimes. I will never go back, I am about half way through my treatment and I rather throw away the $ 3,000 that I paid up front because when I go there I fear of my teeth and health.

Ok first off I went with a amazon local deal for An Invisaline treatment at that I paid $ 3000 for in full to them. For a Complete session, now my teeth weren’t that bad I just wanted to close the spaces so I only needed to wear for eight months which is very short for braces I asked in the beginning and went though my paperwork very meticulously if my retainers were included and I was told yes. But nothing in my paperwork it didn’t say anything about retainers just the braces that is why I asked. Given the yes that my braces would be covered my retainers and my x-​rays and indentations I agreed to that
Because I fit the profile to get them now I’m coming to the close of my eight-​month session I’m on my last two retainers and when I went to go pick up my last four retainers I was told that I would need to buy my retainers for a price of $ 750 this is very shocking to me. Because I did a lot of reviews with plenty of retainers being included in the price or some of them not but being the fact that I asked beforehand and thought it was included I was very confused the front desk assistant asked me if I knew about it and if anyone told me and I told her no and she said all of it was in your paperwork and I said It wasn’t and she said yeah it is, would you like to check .I told her yes and when she went to go look at folder and papers there’s nothing there and I told her I know what I signed off on and that’s really weird. Now my Invisaline session went really well given the fact that it was very short and I really didn’t have any bumps along the way. If anything one of my bumpers which is an attachment they attach to your teeth fell off and I told him it never got replaced but that’s okay because my teeth so moved accordingly. The Office was okay clean and professional the staff was very friendly this is why I was very confused this new information given to me. Although I have witnessed a few angry customers yelling at the front desk screaming but I never really got into it I would just leave not really know why they’re upset but I can see they do some shady stuff. So I don’t know what I’m supposed to do. if I was told beforehand that $ 750 was the extra fee towards my $ 3000 I would really re considered because that an extra $ 1000 that I have to pull out of the air I’m still paying for my braces right now what am I supposed to do with that additional fee. I only went along with this because I budgeted properly for this amount of money so I can still be able to pay my rent my insurance my bills school .etc. so I’m really upset with the office. Why hide and wait to tell me this kind of information when I’m literally at the end of my Invisaline there’s no way that you can’t get retainers because then it will be $ 3000 wasted because I can’t afford $ 750. The owner and the main Cosmetic Dentist William G. Eliades, DDS who is seen in all of pictures was there in the beginning and treated me once or twice and then after that I never saw him again I never really thought anything about it because I figured he might just be at his other office located in Astoria because I’m in the one Flushing after he left I was treated by two different orthodontics. And I have a lot of questions I would really like to ask him because I was never informed by him or any of his staff. it’s really disappointing. So given the fact that this kind of information was withheld from me I feel really mixed about the service here they’re very friendly when I was getting it done but why not tell me something so important that could of changed my whole decision. Because of this I given two stars and wouldn’t recommend you to go there I’m very very disappointed by this information and hope nobody else has to go through this kind of thing.

I give no star! Came here for a groupon cleaning deal. Worst cleaning ever. Dentist try to push you to do invisiline. This company also deleted their previous Unilocal account with all the negative reviews so people don’t see how bad they are. Avoid!
