Queens Loln Car & Limo Service

I wish I can give them a negative stars. I used to be their customer but after last night experience I won’t use their car service any more.
Here is what happened, I needed a car service last night because it was late (around 12 o clock) I call the operator and they told me, my trip gonna cost 7 dollars (the trip was only 7 – 10 blocks) the car came but he parked one block away from my address, during the trip he almost hit the bus and another car, on top of that he RUN thought the RED light traffic sign, I consider that to be extremely DANGEROUS !! Even kid know you should not run thought red light …
Finally arrive my destination and the driver told me it $ 12 dollar… (What the duck*!)
So I called back to their company and ask why the driver charge me that much … (there is a 5 dollar difference) after few minutes the driver started to YELL on my saying that «just hang up the phone, you annoying BITCH, I will charge you only $ 10! Now pay it to me and get off my car ! «I started to argue with the driver a little bit cause I think it is EXTREMELY rude to talk like that with your customer!

They have the best price in town for a reason — they are extremely rude on the phone and take it out on you when they don’t understand your english because they are mandarin speaking. I guess that’s my own fault, shouldn’t have booked a mandarin speaking car service when I don’t speak mandarin myself. I’ve used this service a number of times and have usually had something go wrong. Once a driver was on the wrong street and he couldn’t understand me over the phone when I repeated my address. Also, if you have to pick up someone else along the way, they will not understand where you need to go if you don’t speak mandarin. I called today to confirm my pick up time for tomorrow and was trying to inform them that they don’t have my telephone number, I got yelled at (why, I don’t understand). I promptly cancelled the pickup and found a different car service. Will never use them again.

I’ll give credit where it’s due and I’m glad to report that their b*tchy operator is no more. My last dozen calls with Queens Lincoln have been polite, clear, and speedy. They r a dollar cheaper than my previous choice company so if there isn’t any particular circumstance, I call Queens Lincoln first now.
Out of a dozen cars, there’s only been 1 that reeked of cigarettes, and half of the drivers have been nice and chatty.
But anyhow, most importantly, I’m glad they realized the importance of operator’s attitude and now employ people that actually make you hang up the phone with a smile.

I’ve used Queens Lincoln for years. Never had an issue. Use it for rides to and from the airports mostly. They are Chinese and so am i. All the drivers speak mandarin. I always call 12hours ahead for rides to. And for pick up from airports, I used to use them but it turns out the yellow cabs are about the same price. Anyway, I mostly used Queens Lincoln for rides to the airport.

So, im speaking from personal experience. There are over 100 cars in this company, many of the drivers are inexperienced and chain smokers, so the cars smell either like tea or cigarette smoke.
They’re not the nicest drivers, but dun get me wrong, some drivers that i know personally are quite nice ppl and courteous.
Rates are rather low, compared to most taxi’s and other town car companies.
** A wide assortment of cars ranging from cheap Toyota Camry’s to Cadillac Escalades to luxurious Audi A8’s. So. such a wide assortment can b a good thing and can also be a bad thing. Its up to u to decide.

My extended family has been using Queens Lincoln for more years than I want to count for going to the airports and just getting back to Queens from Manhattan. We’ve never had a problem with them not showing up or trying to overcharge. The drivers are always here at least 5 minutes early for the at home pick up and sometimes around 5 minutes later than when they say they’ll show up when they’re picking us up in the city. My only major grip is that often the drivers are heavy chain smokers so the cars stink. Otherwise, very dependable.

They also speak english, and the rates are good. Always early on the home pick-​up, although getting home from the airport has never been as smooth as just walking out to the curb and seeing the car there. I’ve probably waited max 15 minutes for the car to roll up… not terrible considering sometimes the cab lines are that long.
One time I was picked up in a Toyota Camary. It felt like my dad was driving me to the airport. A little strange but whatever, it’s cheap.

The staff and drivers are mandarin speaking. The driver was courteous and I arrived at the airport with no drama. The car was 10 minutes early, they called and I went downstairs. When I received the call that the car arrived, the car number was provided, which matched the car number on the front end of the car.
The price matched what was quoted over the phone, $ 17 from Lincoln Heights to La Guardia. After I said thank you and started to depart from the car with my bag, the driver tried to return $ 3 change. Very courteous, I told him to keep it. It was a van, not a Lincoln town car.
