This is the first time I tried this cleaner. This cleaner can’t even perform basic alterations. They destroyed my Tommy Hilfiger dress pants. I have never experienced this type of problem with any other alterations in the past 30 years. They gave me a lame excuse, that it’s normal to have some damage.
DO NOT go to this cleaner!
