Speedy Printing

Haven’t personally printed from here, but we use their services at my work place. They are prompt and always gives lower prices once you establish a relationship with them. (But they still offer decent prices to begin with).
The only thing they can work on is giving attention to walk in customers. They don’t have the brightest attitudes, but the print qualities are always on point.
They also find errors in your work for you– I have worked at a printing company, and have used different printing services– they never check. but this place find errors, and informs you if you would like to make the corrections.

I am not one to complain about a business. But after receiving my order today, I can’t help but complain.
When I first went into the place to order business cards and envelopes, nobody came up to me. I had to wait around by myself for a bit until one guy glanced at me.
Terrible customer service.
I gave them my old business card and asked for a new design with a different color. They e-​mailed the sample to me a few days later with the same design as my old one with just a different color, which wasn’t even the color I had asked for.
Annoyed, I eventually made my own design and e-​mailed it to them.
I asked for a new receipt before they began the work. I didn’t receive anything for a few days so I called them and they said they’re all printed and they’ll e-​mail the invoice now. I should have been given a receipt before they began to make the prints.
Because of this horrible service, I was worried that the cards would look bad and of course it did. It came out a different color than the one that I had sent them. I know that color looks different on the computer and prints so I even printed it myself to double check. But the prints they prepared were much darker than what I had sent.
In conclusion, I highly recommend people to look for other printing services.
