I came here every 1 month for uv gel with Norma, she did an amazing job !!!
Compare the price and service around, this place has the most reasonable price, 25 uv gel, 28 French uv gel !! Medi + pedi =18 mon-​Thursday

came here again for a mani pedi. I told the lady doing my pedi that the tip of big toe was hurting (because she kept digging into it). say no more, she grabbed the cuticle cutters and started cutting off a chunk of my toenail. when I questioned her and said you aren’t supposed to cut it inwards because then the toenail is going to grown inward again, she said this is standard and that she does it for every customer who comes in here. she kept defending herself even though another worker came over and asked why she was cutting my toes in at an angle and said that she shouldn’t have done that. maybe the workers should have a set standard of what they do for their pedicures instead of having it vary from customer to customer.
the lady then proceeded to paint my toes sloppily. thank god some other woman painted my nails for my mani. won’t be coming back for another pedicure.

Wish I could give it a lower rating. Walked in late not knowing it would close soon. They took me in without telling me they’re closing soon to do my nails. It was rushed and a very horrible job, understandably. They could have just told me they were closing.

This place is worth to going to. It’s cheap and they do it good. I was served by Amy and she knew what she was doing. I usually spend a long time at nail salons but she only took at least half an hour to finish my uv gel nails. Not exactly what I expected but I’m fine with them (: will go again.

Its $ 18 Mon-​Thurs and is least busy in the morning till around 2. After 5 it gets so packed you will have to wait almost half an hour.
There are young girls who are inexperienced, but I always ask for an older lady. I see them clean the tubs with soap and a scrub after each pedicure so I’ve never been worried about infection.
They have a wide selection of nail polish and have other services like waxing and massages that I have not tried yet.
Their drying machines need an upgrade though. Other than that I come here once every 2 – 3 weeks for a Mani pedi and have never had a problem!

Norma is the best girl there for nails. I’ve gone to her for numerous years. She does everything from simple mani/​pedis to gel manicures and tips. She has many clients, so it’s best to make an appointment with her before hand. Ling is also pretty good for tips. Avoid the new girls, it’s a hit or miss with them. Some of them are trained there and take clients when it’s busy despite not being ready to work on clients yet. Overall pretty decent place.

It was a nightmare!!!
I went there to wax my eyebrows, upper lips and chin.
And it was terrible! The lady seems didn’t use enough wax so she did like 3 –4 times at every spot!!! And she trimmed too much hair on my eyebrows so there’s a empty spot at my eyebrows.
After I went out the store, I feel all the waxed spots are burning! And those spots are red as hell (this is not my first time waxing so I know I’m not sensitive skin, this is not normal)
The worse thing is, after I got home and washed my face, I felt burned. And when I checked the mirror, there is a 1 inch long red mark on my chin!!! It hurts even just wash by water!!!
I don’t expect they gave my money back or what, just dont go there for wax girls!!!
My friend did the pedi yesterday and they scrubbed her feet too much and now her feet hurt when she walk.

Nice decent staff. Unsanitary equipments. Not cheap price. You get the idea?
Pedicure only is $ 15. Quick dry is $ 1. However mani+pedi is $ 18
No tax. They did not properly remove dirt or file the toe nail. Nor understood english to understand what I wanted. The polish is so dry that it cakes onto nail, I had to change it to beige since the colored one showed off the cake too much.

Unfortunately I came in and the only available person was this new girl that started not too long ago. My nails were crooked and the corners were sharp. Also the paint job wasn’t so great. I felt bad since she was so nice and young that I didn’t have the heart to let her know she sucked and still gave her a good tip.
This place only gets 2 stars since the location is convenient and prices are great.$ 16 mon-​thurs I believe for mani and pedi.
The workers here speak Chinese all day and it’s mainly mandarin? They can be really rude when they talk to customers but that’s just the way they are and in a nice way.
I need to find a better nail saloon with great prices in the area so I don’t have to come back here ever again.

I’ve never had anything to do with the hair salon section, so I speak only for the nail salon.
Transformation has been around since forever, I started going to them when I was in the 7^th grade as a treat with my best friend. They used to be on the 2^nd floor but moved to 3^rd and renovated the place.
When you walk in, you’re greeted usually by one of the
store owners who is usually actively working on clients, answering phones. etc but you’re always acknowledged when you enter (instead of wandering around aimlessly to be noticed)
They usually ask you to pick out a color and they always have a wide selection of nail polish colors, especially in OPI and ESSIE which I love.
I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to get started. So If you decide on a whim to get a mani-​pedi while you’re strolling around flushing, they always have a good number of girls working to take you ASAP.
The atmosphere and lighting is always bright and there’s a lot of chitter chatter, music, blow drying in the background. I personally like the busy environment, but it’s still relaxing none the less. Hispanic, white, and Indian people come in all the time and they don’t really mind all the crazy Chinese yapping going on. Most of the customers are non-​Chinese too so they must be doing something right.
$ 16 mani pedi plus a generous tip. Pull out a $ 20 and you good.

Came here for a manicure today. It was okay. The paint job was fine. The price was decent for French manicure. The only thing I didn’t like is they don’t clean the cutting tools after each customer. That’s just not sanitary.

I went to this place for a last minute mani pedi when my regular place was closed. At first glance it only seems a little older and run down, but the longer you stay there the more you realize how absolutely bare bones it is. There was no sanitation machine for their tools, the lady just poured some mystery liquid over them and whatever tool she used to scrub my feet barely did anything, it was so weak and run down. The staff are far from a joy as well. A lot of businesses in flushing are pretty much only nice to Asian clients and my manicurist was downright rude and unprofessional. And the paint job is already dull and chipping. Don’t waste your time or risk infection here, just go across the street to much cleaner Eve beauty.

I had my nails done here for my wedding last week and they were great. My girls made an appointment for mani-​pedis and they were able to accommodate the 6 – 8 in my group on a weekday. My pedicure was good. I got a French gel manicure and my nails still look fantastic almost a week later! I’d give a 5 star review of my own experience but 1 of my bridesmaids wasn’t happy with her manicure and my flower girl got a toe clipped during her pedicure which drew blood, so I’m taking that into account in my rating. I guess it depends on who you have working on you, but overall everyone in my group seemed happy with their nails.

English is not a strong suit at this place. Like most businesses in Flushing, the employees operate better in Chinese. Thankfully, I speak Chinese, so no problem when I come here. My poor confused husband seemed to get by ok. Cheap mani/​pedis. M-​Th deal is both for $ 16. My husband and I both did facials in the small room in the back. There was no wait and we both got our facials at the same time. There is one flat rate for men ($ 45?) and 2 choices for women, I went with the cheap one ($ 29?) because I didn’t need the supposed massage. I felt my facial was cheap compared to some ancy salons who do the same stuff. All in all, great service for low prices. Will definitely return. Convenient location on 3^rd floor off Roosevelt Ave.

Horrible place second time I came here. First time was okay they cut it a little shorter than I wanted but it came out really good. This time it was ALOT shorter like 6−8in of my hair and I wanted to get bangs they messed it up too. They cut them very short as well. I will post a pic of what I asked for and than of what I came out looking like.
Unfortunately I stopped her too late but not much you can do when the bangs take one snip. Not only is the bangs very very short but too wide and just not right at all.
It was the lady in the first chair as you walk into the salon.
It was a horrible experience I told her to stop and burst out crying now I have to wear a headband til my hair grows out.
If I could give this zero stars I would.

Paint job sucks and I just got it done today. Have to go to another place to get a better one. Not happy.

When I saw this place, I was hesitating whether I should go up or not. The environment and overall look of the salon may not look decent, but once I was up, my perspective changed entirely. The workers were so helpful and friendly. I was able to communicate with them in English and Chinese. For the final outcome, I loved the shape and design of my nails. I would definitely go back. I introduced two of my friends and they were satisfied with their nails. The pricing was average too, cheaper than other stores that I’ve went to.

The lady who use to always do my nails here has recently left this nail salon. She was also the manager at the time, now their is a new manager. From my observation from the last time I went here, the ladies that work here don’t like the new manager. When she asked them a question they tend to ignore her. The lady who did my nails the last time I went was nice, she is one of the newer ladies at this nail salon, she spoke mostly mandarin and not too much English. I got by with whatever mandarin I did know and whatever english she understood. She gave me a pedicure and then did half my manicure before the manager asked her to do another customer’s pedicure. I didnt like the fact that the manager changed the lady who was doing my nails. My pedicure and manicure came out nice but the atmosphere wasnt that great and I am not sure I would go back again. In addition, the lady who waxed my eyebrows put super hot wax on my eyebrows and it hurt so much! I am not too happy with this nail salon.

It’s the average nail salon in Flushing. No special perks but they do get you out fast.
Monday to Thurs– mani/​pedi is $ 16. Usual price is around 20 something dollars.
The place is spacious but no one is really maintaining it.
They also do hair and waxing.

My all time spa/​beauty treatment place. They do skin care treatment. massages. manicure/​pedicure. and so many more.
This is your one-​stop shop for beauty treatment!
I just wish it’s a little bit closer to me !!
