I wouldn’t recommend this program because it didn’t help my situation at all. Sure, the tests, workbook, and exercises were nice but the online forum felt invasive and impersonal. For close to $ 600, I should have had something more one on one, more tailored to my personal needs. The telecoaching sessions always felt rushed, and I really would have liked to talk about my test results in depth. I wasn’t happy with the program and felt like I was another customer rushed through the process.
