Service was wonderful. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was awful. Very possibly the worst I’ve ever had in a restaurant. We ordered a loaded french fry appetizer, which was really good. For our main dishes, my husband and I ordered a bowl of baked potato soup and a ribeye steak dinner to share. I will say that this was about 30 minutes before closing time, but still no excuse for the quality of food we were served. The waitress returned shortly and said they were going to pull the soup, so would it be okay to bring it first. That should have been a warning, but we agreed. The soup was very bad. Not even reminiscent of a good baked potato soup. The color was actually orange tinted and it tasted very much like the soup was actually made from a canned nacho cheese sauce. We couldn’t finish it. When the steak arrived, it was way overdone. We ordered medium rare and received well done. The ironic part is that they actually have photos in their menu that show the various colors of doneness. We rarely complain or send anything back, but did so this time. The second steak we were brought, was actually worse, plus it was a terrible cut not truly even resembling a rib cut. Neither steak had any seasoning and both were grey in color. I can only assume that they had turned the grill off early because there was no sear, but the inside was well done. We ended up taking our meal to go as it was obvious they wanted to close, even though it wasn’t quite closing time yet. At home we attempted to season the steak, even using steak sauce as a last resort, but it was honestly the worst steak I have ever had, and after two attempts I ended up throwing them away. Bottom line, I would recommend you think twice about eating here, and would completely avoid if it is even close to closing time.

yes, 5 stars! to be fair, I watched game 6 warriors @ okc so of course I’d be happy to eat anywhere after a golden state win. they let me bring my 1 year old into the bar and kept my strawberry lemonade full during the entire game. their $ 20 for an app and 2 entrees is pretty good. just add some $ 2 sides like broccoli or Mac n cheese and you got some pretty good grub for not to much money. Def worth it to watch the game, keep your cups full, and get some reasonably priced grub

We were visiting the folsom area, and decided to check out the Folsom chilis, and we were pleasantly surprised, we were seated immediately, the waitress was very polite, and when we ordered the food, the appetizer the crispy asparagus was very tasty, and we ordered burgers and the other person in our party ordered a steak and all of it was cooked to our desired range, not over cooked. This chilis is much better then the one in our hometown. Would go again when in the area.

We have gone to this location many times. The service is a little below average what I would expect. They also have those little machines that you can order food from right at your table. The food is good, although once they brought me some overcooked asparagus that was so dried out they reminded me of sticks. They did refund me and take it away though. The food is decent for the price but it’s not my favorite place to go. I mainly like to go here when I’m in the mood for fajitas. I’m not sure about the chips though, mainly because I suspect they’re genetically modified. Then again most places still use GMOs.

Shelby(Shelbs as we got to know her) made our experience incredible and also refilled our drinks without hesitation. Shelby is the pinnacle of the Chill’s brand.

Ordered a full rack of original baby back ribs to go. Pick up time was 11:25AM. Got there around 11:30AM. I was expecting it would be at least a little bit warm when I open it at home but it’s not. Other than that, ribs were too dry to the bone. I knew that baby back ribs take a long time to cook but the ribs that I got today tasted and looked like from 2 days ago. Just smothered well with bbq sauce. Disappointed. Definitely not going back.

The best thing about Chili’s has to be the servers. Our wait staff Amanda was amazing and now I will consider coming to Chili’s again. Haven’t been here because food is usually not great and staff is horrible but obviously, things have changed. Wish managment could get more amazing servers like her

This is my favorite Chili’s in the greater Sacramento area. Fast service, great staff, hands on management. I come in for my weekly Santa Fe salad. So glad this place is so close to work!

Hey Chilis, try not to boil your potatoes in the same water as your broccoli. I give you the«loaded mashed potatoes» that came with my husbands to go meal. Not really sure where the«loaded» part was, and they were green and tasted like broccoli. Major fail. We won’t be back.

I love Chilis but this was horrible service. Rude waitress, our food came out before our appetizer. Then when appetizer came, it was taken before we finished eating. Chicken strips weren’t cooked thru, when we told the waitress she said, ‘oh would you like a refill on your drink.’ Will be the last time we come here.

This location is way better then the one on Sunrise. Food is yummy and fresh. I got food poisoning from the other location, so glad this one is way better! I got a salad with fruit in it, and it was delicious. The dressing was fabulous!

It has become my regular joint. Restaurant gets loud, dirty and slow during busy times. My experience has always been good. I order Fresh Quacamole(sometimes not so fresh as they only make it twice a day and store it in fridge) and spicy shrimp tacos. Always excellent and friendly service.

Listen, as a restaurant, it was pretty good. In fact my girlfriend and I were raving about how great the service and food was: «This is probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a Chili’s» my friend says… Then as we walk out, she realizes the sunglasses she was wearing on her head as we walked in, and then placed on the table, were no longer on her person or in her purse as we left. «Oh, I left them on the table, let me go get them!» And when she comes back, she tells me the staff lied and said they never saw the glasses and couldn’t have taken them. Look, they weren’t hella expensive glasses, but the even manager wouldn’t so much as bother to look for them for us. Just asked the waitress if she saw some glasses and took her word for it when she said no without probing about the table we were at or where on the table they were left. There’s no other place they could have been, but on that table. We’re super bummed about the way our experience ended and of course I won’t return now. Moral of the story, watch your belongings. There’s some really dishonest, not to mention lazy staff here.

When we arrived there wasn’t anyone at the front so we waited awhile to see if anyone would come. It didn’t seem like there was anyone stationed there after waiting for some time so we made it a little obvious as if we were looking for them. After being sat down we took a look at the menus and they were sticky and even had salsa on one of the pages. Our waiter noticed as my husband looked at it and said«that. is gross» yet he just looked at it and continued as if nothing should be done. If anything, cleanliness is the only thing I’m pretty vocal about. A restaurant shouldn’t be dirty. Which brings me to our cups, they were also sticky and had pieces of what seemed to be lemon glob. It took awhile for our order to be taken but at least their manager was kind enough to check in on us and was very polite. The food was alright. My husband had the mango tilapia and I had the grilled chicken salad. It wasn’t Instagram or snapchat worthy taste wise, but it could have been worse. The tilapia was on the soft side according to my husband and my salad wasn’t too crisp either. I feel like they had a bad day and I would like to give them another shot. I’ll update the next time I come back.

Food was typical Chili’s food but more dressed up than I remembered. Four stars for having the best service for a chain restaurant. The day I went everything was on point. Service was fast and courteous. My friend ordered the AYCE soup and salad and they kept bringing him his soup and salad fast. Our drinks and water was never left empty.

I only go here to see Tiffany because she’s amazing! I love the fajitas and margaritas! :) my favorite is the platinum! This location is clean and convenient for me. I also love the citrus balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Can’t find it anywhere else.
