I’ve been here a handful of times for myself and with a couple friends.
1. Awesome customer service — so friendly from the moment you walk in the door. «Can I help you find anything?»
2. Yesterday a lady helped me find a suit I needed for this week. I told her, «I’ll be wearing a light blue shirt under this suit.» So what does she do? She grabs a light blue shirt for me to try on with my suit so I can see the ‘look’. O_​O Great idea! =)
3. Great prices — especially if you’re on their mailing list!
Just a great experience all around every time I go to Kasper’s, so I had to write a review and give credit where credit is due. :)

My wife buys nearly ALL of her business suits and outfits from this place.
She looks like a million bucks, but she spends about 25 cents on the dollar for designer fashions.
One of the reasons she does well at Kasper is her small size (2 or 4, depending on the label) which means that most of the time, they’ll have exactly what she wants or needs
Rarely does she not find a suit or blouse in this joint.
When we come to the Folsom Outlets, this is the place she is most likely to be found, along with Kenneth Cole, Nine West or Saks 5th Avenue. But she says this is the best outlet in this mall.
