Prime Lending, Sonia Kreitz, referred me to Adriana Motoc, a very new real estate agent. As my first time buying a home, I had no idea about the business and was taken advantage of. Adriana was hard to understand as English is her second language. She got confused very easily, and confused me as well. She didn’t even know the difference between an earnest deposit and down payment. If this company can hire someone that uneducated, then don’t trust them. She also would have people write her e-​mails for her and not know what they were talking about. Stay far away. I was screwed over. Your real estate agent is supposed to fight for you, not leave you hanging.
