I initially went in for a consultation and was informed of how helpful they would be and what the fees were. My case took forever and if I emailed to ask any questions, I was charged an outrageous amount. I had to request an appt to actually see my attorney, then was charged extra for things we discussed in my appt time. I was never told that they did not handle QDRO’s even though we discussed the fact that I would need one. When I asked if a QDROhad been filed, I was charged for an email stating that they don’t handle them at their office. Everyone else I know had their attorney file it and regularly was given advice without extra fees. I am very disappointed and would never recommend them.

Absolutely horrible lawyers, I was filing for divorce, trying to keep it non contested because of low funds and they deliberately told my ex to get a lawyer which caused the case to become contested. They told me that because it had become contested they needed $ 3000 to retain their services (they did nothing that I couldn’t have done myself as far as filing goes.) I told them I could not afford the cost so I could no longer have them represent me. Long story short my ex has an attorney that is planning on making me pay for all the legal fees and I have no one representing me. Not to mention I only talked to the lawyer once or twice, everything was always through their paralegals. Why should I have to pay for a service I am not even receiving? I would not recommend this law firm if my life depended on it.
