I hired attorney Abigail Anderson, who at first seemed great. I then come to find out, through a letter uploaded through a «share file» (not told to me directly) that my attorney left the firm and I have been assigned a new attorney. I did not speak to this attorney at all, due to the fact that she failed to even introduce herself to her client (me). When everything was done I asked for the case to be closed and to get a refund of the unused portion of my retainer. I had to ask multiple times for the refund check and even call to check up on the status several times since it took them over a month to get it to me. I finally, received the refund check yesterday to find that it was minus like $ 600. I called the office to see where they got that figure from, since I had a statement that said it was much higher before, to find out that they are avoiding me. I called and left a voicemail. No one calls me back. I call again and I get voicemail again. This matter has now been referred to the Bar Association for investigation. This law firm is very quick to take your money off you, but when a refund is due they like to avoid you!

My wife and I have used Bowman & Associates for two legal issues, and their service was and continues to be outstanding, and their fees are reasonable. Ken Torkelson updated our Trust Agreement and did it promptly, professionally and always with a smile. I retained Richard Kwun to handle a sticky situation for my sister that has involved several hearings. Richard has done a terrific job, and has certainly gone the extra mile for my sister.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about this law firm! Of course, we’re happy and relieved we won our case and the judge granted our civil harassment restraining order. Every person I came in contact with at the firm was friendly, professional and always always helpful. Our attorney Abigail Anderson is one of the best, most caring and excellent attorneys I’ve met and I’m a former litigation secretary! Also, when we were leaving court a woman approached Miss Anderson for help… that’s how superb Miss Anderson is as a person and an exemplary attorney. I hired Jesse Atwal with bowman and associates to represent me for a motor vehicle accident in 2012. I planned on meeting with several lawyers to interview but ended up signing with him almost immediately. What I liked most was that he appeared to be honest, straight forward and knowledgable. He did not over promise, which I appreciated. When things weren’t going our way, he told me what it was rather than sugar coating it. I definitely feel that he worked hard to get me a fair settlement and ultimately had my best intentions in mind, for the most part. He kept in touch with me and was easily reachable. He treated me with respect and was overall, a nice guy. The only reason I’m not giving him 5 stars is because although I feel that my settlement was «reasonable» I feel we would have got more of we went to arbitration. However, although he left that decision up to me, I felt like he swayed me away from it possibly because he was just a little tired of working on my case after more than a year. And as I stated before, he did work hard for his fee and I appreciate that.

Where does one begin to write a review for a Law Firm? First of all the one would hope that things would never require a lawyer, but as we all know, that is not the case. So with that in mind, one would hope to find a lawyer that is passionate about their profession, dedicated to their clients, tactful, smart, and as unfortunately the process can be adversarial at times, someone that knows how to handle themselves in the courtroom.
Those are the exact qualities that the Lawyers involved with Bowman and Associates have.
I have been lucky enough to have Robert Bowman represent me and I must say how fortunate I feel. When you are going into a courtroom, by the nature of the process, you can never be 100% sure of anything, but I feel and do know, that if I am walking in with Robert, or any of the attorneys associated with his firm, that I am walking in prepared and with one of the Best Attorneys around.
They are accessible, responsive, and so great about helping you understand whatever process is going on.
So again, I hope you never have to have an attorney represent you, but I also know that if you need one, go with Bowman and Associates and get the best.
