I came in for new wiper blades. They make it easy to look up your make and model on their computers inside. My boyfriend matched up the blades as recommended by the computer. We left with blades, ran errands then tried to install later except they didn’t fit! I ended up going back, they found the correct blades and installed them. Customer service is awesome here but I left off one star due to the computer mishap!

I have been to this location twice. The first time was to return tire chains that I purchased 2 years earlier at another location that did t fit my car. They took them back and referred me to Les Schwab for the right chains.
Today I needed a spark plug gapper. I walked in and they were busy up front so I looked for it in my own. I walked the tool aisle once and was coming back and finally found it. As I found it, a clerk came out and asked if I needed help. I told him what I wanted and he said that I had the right tool. He carried up and rang it up for me. I am so impressed with their customer service in both visits. I will be back.

So I know as much about cars and car parts as I know about nuclear science, (very little). With that said, I was very appreciative of the helpful staff, that quickly found the replacement bulb I needed. It’s not difficult to give good customer service, that’s why I’m always amazed when it doesn’t happen. Thankfully that’s not the case here.

I never thought I’d recommend or write a review on an auto parts store but I had to. Greg and every single person I dealt with were awesome. I had to order a bunch of steering components for my truck and needed them the next day. Wasn’t sure if I’d need a few additional parts as well. They let me order those so they’d be on hand at the location should I need to run up there. Excellent service. Not the normal experience of an auto parts store.
