Description

History

Established in 1971.

Started in Country Club area, moved to Fair Oaks in 1976, then to Folsom in 1999, now located in the new Palladio mall since 2013. We have thousands of frames on hand and because of our location, hours open and huge frame selection, we sometimes get so busy that we have to turn shoppers away. We do not allow unassisted frame browsing inside the office, but we do have very large window displays with visible pricing for your shopping convenience.

I have been in here a few times now, I gave them 3 stars originally. For both of my follow fixes I had excellent service. I am bumping my star up to 4, leaving my initial star at 3 because I still agree with it. Follow up visits are a solid 4. Not sure how you would get a 5 but I can definitely say 4 for follow ups.

We have been patients for years. Dr. Stacy has always been incredible knowledgeable and has helped us for over 20 years. I had tracking problems and was able to diagnose and send me to a specialist.

I don’t even want to give them 1 star! Horrible service. They take forever to help you. They can’t keep the customers in order of who to help first. Dr. Stacy’s son works for them in the evening. He is incredibly rude. My mom was looking at frames for me after my appointment and he freaked out because he thought she was going to make a mess. Bad frame selection. We only went there because they take vsp insurance. Would never go bavk or recommend them!
