The Falls At Willow Creek

I actually lived here on two separate occasions and both times were good. The first time I moved out it was to leave a crazy roommate, the second time it was because I had to move for school. I was so sad to leave! I loved these apartments because they don’t feel small. I had the one bedroom one bath most recently on the first floor. They have vaulted ceilings, and ceiling fans (my favoritest thing ever!). They also have dual pane windows. The first time I lived here I was on the 2^nd floor, and I will say it’s quieter up there, at least in my experience. For my apartment all the heating/​cooling units were outside my bedroom window and it took some getting used to to hear those going off at all hours. They also have walk-​in closets and full-​size washer and dryer. The patios are large too. My apartment was usually quiet though the person above me did at home work outs which was always kind of scary, but that can happen at any apartment. They have a playground for kids which is great if you have kids: P, but I don’t. The playground was pretty close to my unit and the kids would all ride their scooters and bikes around the building and down the corridors (LOUD), but since it was around 3−8pm I couldn’t complain much and I know they have to get all that energy out somehow! I never had a problem with staff being courteous here. I did have a minor annoyance because I had to break my lease for school and when I would call I always had to re-​explain the situation to a different leasing consultant and they never really understood and would quote me different «closing» prices, but in the end it worked out fine and I did get most of my deposit back. As with all apartments, you have some people who help themselves to using the dumpsters which is kind of annoying but what can you do? The grounds were great, and I felt super safe here even walking my dog at night in the dark. It’s also great because it has access to one of the Folsom trails — I wish I could tell you what it’s called. They have small gym that lots of people used and the pool/​jacuzzi looked super nice, I never got a chance to use it. There are a fair amount of Indian people here, and I always wished I knew what my neighbors were making for dinner because it smelled so good! They never talked to me though :(. It is also a super quiet location and pretty convenient too. I would live here again & definitely say check it out. When I moved out they were doing some repairs to the stairwells due to some bad engineering at the property next door (Fairmont?) where a stairwell actually collapsed!

I currently live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. I just had to make a good review because they deserve it. We have lived here going on two years in April. Never had any problems. It is pricey but with a roommate, half is not as bad. We pay about $ 1700. Maintenance workers are awesome. Anytime I needed something fixed, their on it ASAP. Even on weekends when it’s one guy doing it all. Always thankful for great customer service. U definitely get what u pay for. Clean apartments, hardly had any problems with bugs. Never got ants not even once. Updated apartments. Beautiful inside. Great neighbors. Always felt safe. Front office staff were always great and helpful. Strongly recommend these apartments. Great location. No complaints. Great experience living here.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, take a piece of advice and look elsewhere. The staff is rude and will not work with you at all, I pay $ 200 extra a month for a 7 month lease that is now turning into an 8 month lease because I moved in 3 days after the first of the month… (our unit was not ready on time, we even paid an additional fee to rent a unit they had on site for those days). They charge outrageous pet deposits + a monthly pet fee and there always seems to be some additional charge. I wish I would have done my research before moving here, the only upside is the location…

The professionalism experienced that first day fades fast… before the ink even dries on your lease. I don’t like to wait ten minutes while you take a personal call with your girlfriend to discuss the weekend party plans.
And I had some… well let’s call them issues. Food turned up missing, my patio door would be left wide open, and my spare bathroom was «used» but not flushed. Did I mention I live ALONE??? The office said they had no documentation of maintenance being in there, so someone else must have done it. Hmmm… can we say shady??? And a bit creepy…
On a positive note: my 2bdrm was spacious and I liked the layout. All of the other issues… not so much…
