I have had body work done on several vehicles over the years. ABS has been by far the best shop that has worked on any of my cars! They do top quality work and have a friendly as well as knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend them and will always take my cars to their shop!

ABS Collision finished fixing my car about a month ago and I wanted to write about how well they took care of me as a customer and also the quality of the work. They did an excellent job and they also kept me updated throughout the entire process from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them!

Well it took over a month to get the car back. The work was great and trust me when I say that I wanted nothing more than to find a flaw since I was so pissed off about the communication issues. It was flawless and they would have had a five star review but the fact that I had to call Ildilio twice about not having a target date and then not getting an update that the car wouldn’t be done on the day promised, after that the last two days the communication was good.

I know this review is long, but take 5 minutes to read it and save yourself the trouble and problems that I had to go through with ABS.
I wasn’t going to write a review for them (despite having a bad experience) but I had to pay a dealer over $ 500 for work that ABS billed the insurance company but was never done.
ABS did reimburse me for the amount, but as a business, for them to bill parts and work that they never did is inexcusable.
I took my car here because I saw the positive reviews ABS has on Unilocal.Big Mistake! This is easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at any business.
They gave me an estimate of 4 weeks. Took them almost 2 months to finish.
The insurance company notified me that ABS was quoting over $ 8,500 to repair the my car. It seemed like way too much for the amount of damage, given that my car is worth about $ 16,000. In the end they brought it down to $ 7,500.
After 7 weeks in the shop, and another text message saying it would be delayed again, I called and asked what was needed on my car to be complete. They told me they just needed some clips for the lower valance. I told them I was going to go and see the state of my car.
My stomach sank when I saw my car. It looked like it was cut in half. I wish I had taken a picture.
The entire bumper and tail lights were missing, the trunk was exposed, they told me the entire rear of the car was going to be painted and they removed my quarter panel windows, front window moldings, and the roof strip molding. This was 2 days before the car was suppose to be completed.
When I asked them why they had removed the quarter panel windows and roof molding, they told me it was so they wouldn’t get paint on them when the rear was painted. Guess these guys have never heard of covering them.
Idilio kept blaming the insurance company for the delays, saying they didn’t approve his outrageous supplements on time. I asked him if this meant the car had just been sitting in his shop for 6 weeks while they were misleading me with their text messages pushing the date of completion back. He said the work had to be paused while the supplements were reviewed and that «he’d rather have me be upset at him for taking too long, than him doing the work without approval and then them (insurance) go after me for the money». How considerate. Thanks Idilio!
I went the day before Thanksgiving and waited more than 1 hour to get my car. Idilio told me they were staying late just for me. Again, Thanks Idilio!
Finally! My car was done. Or so I thought.
When I was driving off, I noticed the check engine light was still on (something ABS said they’d check), I honestly just wanted to go home, prepare for the holidays and put this all behind me, so I left and figured I’d have the dealer check it since the car is still under warranty and I had to take it in for the oil change in a couple of weeks anyways.
I took my car to the dealer and had them check the light. They called me and told me the car had been rear ended and the evap canister was damaged. Since this was caused by the accident, it wouldn’t be covered under warranty and would cost $ 508 to fix. I figured I’d pay it and then talk to the insurance company. Since I had evidence that it was caused by the accident, they had to reimburse me. So I paid and called the insurance company.
The insurance told me they had ALREADY PAID ABS for the part and the labor to repair it when my car was in the shop. They suggested I’d speak with them, because they were not going to pay for the same repair twice. When I called ABS and explained them the situation, the lady on the phone still tells me «Instead of paying, Why didn’t you just bring the car so we could take a look at it?” —
Why didn’t you guys just repair it like you said you would and charged for!
I had to leave work early to go talk to them. They came up with some excuse that the wrong part was ordered and then returned. They again told me I should have taken the car to them when the dealer wanted to charge me. The car was already at the dealer, and I had NO idea they had billed for the repair. They wrote me a check and I was on my way.
I know it sounds like just went on a rant, but I have to wonder why they had so many bad thing contributing to my bad experience despite their reviews. I am not one to ask for special services. I was willing to not write a review and overlook the fact my car took almost 2 months to be repaired. But them charging for work that was never done seems unacceptable to me and I feel like I have to warn others.
Makes me wonder what else they charged for but didn’t repair/​replace.
They lied to me constantly and I had to take time off from work to get my car back «on time» and have them fix their mistakes.
I’m probably voiding my «Lifetime Guarantee» on their work by writing this review, but If something ever goes wrong with their work, I’d rather pay another shop out of pocket to fix it than to ever deal with these guys again.

The owner takes pride in customer service and customer satisfaction. They do quality work and will go above and beyond to fix any mistakes. If you’re looking for an honest body shop this is the place. They did a great job on my Tundra.

ABS is the place to go! It’s no wonder why they have a great relationship with EVERY car insurance; they’re friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. Got my BMW fixed fast! This place is family owned and operated and treats you like part of their own. My car is my «baby», and they took care of her like one! Thanks ABS!

Idilio and the entire staff at ABS did an amazing job on my Corolla. My vehicle was nearly totaled and after all the work was completed my entire family said my car looked brand new. I couldn’t be happier with the attention to detail in the work of ABS. They will definitely be getting all of my future collision work

When i got into a collision, the only place i was going to take my car was at Idilio’s ABS Collision Center. For the last ten years and four collisions, the only place i ever took my car was the shop that Idilio owns. ABS Collision Center did an outstanding job of getting my car looking better than before the collision. Their attention to detail is exceptional; the car will be put back per manufacturer’s specification. Their customer service is great; they want you to be absolutely satisfied and happy before leaving the shop. Their job is not just to put your car back together, it’s to make your car look brand new. I’m willing to drive a good distance because i know that my car will be taken care of and i will get regular updates on what is happening with the car. I have had cars repaired before, but after having my «baby» repaired by the guys at ABS — I will never go anywhere else again!
The level of professionalism shown by Amelia and Idillio went way beyond just good customer service. They really care about every one that walks through their doors. He was in constant communication with me every step of the way keeping me up to date throughout the whole process. My car came back to me looking better than it did the day I bought it! He even had it washed and detailed for me!
I would absolutely recommend everyone I know to get their auto body work done here!

I brought in 2013 Toyota camry to ABS body shop. My camry had substantial body damage. Car was fixed in a timely manner and management kept me updated on the status of the car thru text. I was impressed not only with their body work on the car but service during and after the car was fixed. I had a hard time collecting rental reimbursement from my insurance company. Management wrote a letter on my behalf and I receive my rental reimbursement check within one week. Keep up the good work.

SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! My wife was involved in an accident on the freeway. After making sure she was ok I took the car to ABS Collision Center and the attention to detail was evident from the beginning. Idilio and his staff took care of us from the moment we walked into his business. He dealt with the insurance company and walked us through the steps we should expect. He kept us informed by sending us updates via text and the car was complete on time. His staff drove us home when we left the car in his care. I expect professional work where ever I take my business and ABS Collision center provided just that, professionalism. ABS Collison Center did an AMAZING job fixing my 2013 Honda Accord. Something fell off a car in front of me when I was on the freeway hitting my front bumper, hood, shattering my windshield, and the back bumper was dented too. My car came out of ABS looking brand new (pictures attached). The quality of their work and the customer service is phenomenal. I expected my car to be fixed, but the result exceeded my expectations. After a very close inspection I can’t even tell where any of the damage was anymore. The turn around was quick and I appreciated that they were thorough. Needless to say I’m super happy! I wish I had taken before pictures to show how much damage there was, but from the after pictures you can see just how perfect it is now

I have nothing but great things to say about abs collision. Everything was 100% legit and was done in a timely manner. They ordered me genuine parts and didn’t cut any corners when it came to fixing my 2015 Mazda 3, which is always appreciated. Very trustworthy and friendly service as well! They also text you updates about your vehicles’ status and gave me a completion date and time all over text message so I wasn’t left wondering. Getting into a car accident is never a pleasant experience, but they definitely did their best to make everything a lot less stressful and put me at ease. Highly recommended!!!

Took my Ford C-​Max to this amazing body shop after it was scratched pretty good by a tinting place, from the second I arrived I was assured my car would look brand new again and I wouldn’t even know it happened, they exceeded their word above and beyond, your treated as family and the work they do is incredible! Took my 2013 Chevy 2500 Duramax in with the entire passenger side scratched up. They took care of everything with my insurance company got me in a rental and had my entire truck fixed looking brand-​new in just a few weeks the truck looks amazing thanks guys

Had my 2012 Accord involved in a collision, the car needed the entire front sheet metal replaced. After finding ABS and reading reviews on Unilocal — I decided to give them a shot. I am so glad I did, these guys have a state of the art facility and spend a ton of money on the right equipment and materials.
Idilio and his wife are classy people, they care about customer service and had constant communication with me thru the process.
The saying is true… you get what you pay for… no joke, my car looks as if it rolled out of the showroom floor.
These guys are top notch, if you care about the «details»…let them work on your car. If you are more concerned about saving $ 50…take it to one of a «dime a dozen» joints who will give you a little bit cheaper quote… and a lot cheaper work.
