Be-ya Brow Bar Threading

My fiancée and I have been coming here to get our brows done for about a year now and its THE ONLY place I trust all the girls are super nice and will hook yo brows up! but my two favs are Metzli and Jen if you’re ever in or around Fontana stop by!

The first time I went in my experience was great and the second time I went in it wasn’t. After reading other reviews I realized my experience was the same as theirs. The owner isn’t very friendly. The first time I went in she wasn’t there. The second time I went in she was and she didn’t say hi welcome or even smiled. I didn’t know she was the owner until after I went home and checked out their Instagram page and I was surprised because how can the owner of a business who should be the one that has the BEST customer service out of everyone have the worst attitude. She just stood around and did not say one word as a welcome. Although she didn’t attend me she should welcome every customer. I don’t remember the name of the girl who did my brows but they came out well and her customer service was awesome. It sucks that the owner herself isn’t the one everyone is raving about in a good way. Definitely this place needs to work on customer service.

M is so rude! She is not good at threading and you would think she would be nice as people walk in! Nope she doesn’t even acknowledge people! And when she does talk it’s like she doesn’t want to talk to you! What makes her think she can treat people like that.
And no this is not a fake account just haven’t had the need to write a review on anything except for this place.
I use Unilocal not to right reviews but to see if a place is worth visiting. This place seemed like a nice place but I have been there enough times to see its not just a bad day for M, just seems like she has no personality and that’s big when it comes to having a business. Just work on smiling and being kind M.

Denise did a good job on my eyebrows! ! Prices are reasonable and everything is really clean

First time going into this place and I loved it! I didn’t even sit for 5 Minutes when they helped me out. The girl that helped me was amazing she took her time and made sure I loved my eyebrows. I will definitely return to this place!

Explain to me how theses look like they belong on the same face! I have never had anyone mess up my FACE this bad. yes I said my FACE! because your eyebrows shape your face! I’m literally two faced after coming to this place! Marisa the answer to a spars eyebrow is not to keep threading and cutting!

I came early and there were already two people before me. The location wasn’t hard to find and the interior was very nicely designed. They have cozy couches to sit in while you wait. I am very impressed with the way my eyebrows came out. I went in a little hesitant but after noticing how much time the woman who helped me took on other clients, I knew she would do well. I appreciated that she asked how I liked the turnout with just one eyebrow before working on the next.
Their prices are great too!

This place is good. I’m not giving it 5 stars because customer service is missing and my eyebrows were thinned out too much.
I walked in and was not greeted by anyone nor asked to sign in, but I’m a big girl and read the sign. I must have gotten there at 12:30 and was seen at 1:15. Seriously! There was only two people ahead of me.
When I was finally sat down, no conversation, no consultation as to what I wanted. I asked M to shape my eyebrows and leave them thick. Well their shaped nicely but they are sooo thin. I’m used to thick nice eyebrows. I’m having a hard time getting used to this change. It’s not terrible, just not me.

Been coming to this eyebrow salon for a little over a year now. M is amazing. She always takes the time to really perfect the shape I want. I came to her with a bad eyebrow job lol and she fixed my brows. There so thick now. I always get compliments on my brows. I’ve also gotten my brows done by the other girls and they also do a awesome job! Now the wait is pretty long especially if your waiting on M but like I said all the other girls do a great job so anyone doing them would do just as good as her. Definitely recommend to anyone :)

It was my first time to have my brows done here. The wait was 30 mins before my turn. I chose M coz of the reviews, and she did great. I just hope that the staff are more friendly and warm to their customers even if they are just walk-​ins.

Had to update my post. They do a great job but the service sucks. Marissa is badass but Em was at the counter and made me feel ignored. Once I asked how long It was gonna take she then made it a point to offer her assistance. I understand u guys are busy doing other things but don’t assume we know what’s going on. Debating coming back… Customer service is a must for people like myself.

Been going to M for 4 years now, everywhere I go I get compliments on my eyebrows. P. s I live not close to here and i do make the time to drive out here to get them done, plus I feel very comfortable with the vibe of the place. Will be going to her no matter what.

I have really thin, sparse eyebrows naturally. They’ve always been that way, so any threader/​waxer has their work cut out with me. I went in to this place, and asked that my brows be cleaned up but to leave them as thick as possible. I also had tint services done and asked for black (ladies, if you have black hair, why are your brows brown?! get black!). Service was great and my brows came out nicely!
The tint doesn’t last that long, but that’s to be expected. One day, I’ll have enough money to get these suckers tattooed but until then, I’ll be getting tint/​filling in. The nice thing about the tint was that I didn’t have to fill in my brows for about a week or so, woohoo for saving prep time in the am!

First time here and honestly it’s such a great place. Marissa did my eyebrows and I loooove them. I’m extremely picky with my eyebrows. Not just anyone can do them and she went beyond my expectations. I’m new to the area so I was skeptical to try a new place. But it’s great here. Love the vibe. Music is great and the girls here seem great as well.
I’ll be coming back for sure.

I usually go to Zibas but they thinned out my eyebrows and i be been scared to go back. I grew them out and a bit and seen good reviews at this location. So I went in and came out happy! M did such a great job and asked what how I wanted them done. I was the last client and it was late and she still took her time without rushing out.
I will definitely be going back.

Very clean place not expensive at all and will be doing happy hour too ! The only negative thing I’d say was I felt one eyebrow was thicker than other but it’s nothing a little eyebrow gel can’t fix! Overall pleased I’ve also went to Ziba where is a lil pricey if I don’t go on happy hour times but this place really took their time and shaped my eyebrows the way I wanted ! Just wish they had the massage roller like Zibas made my eyebrows feel way better after they’ve been threaded !

Just walked out of this place like 5mins ago. Discovered them on Groupon! And I am happy i did! Finally tried threading for the FIRST time! And i will be coming back here for sure! Friendly staff and clean place!

This is a very clean and professional brow salon. I love the ambiance! Everyone in the salon is very friendly. The prices are cheap too.
I got my brows, mustache, and chin threaded by M. She did it so quick and painless! I’ve been to brow shops where it feels like they are ripping nails out your skin and it really made me scarred to try threading again. But I decided to give it another try here and I’m so happy I did! Also, it keeps my hair from growing back for at least 3 weeks. That saves me a lot of time and money from shaving, plucking, and waxing.
Loved this place! Ask for M! She will take good care of you. :)
