Damn fine Country Skillet i had with all the fixins… comes wit a side pancake that’ll make u fluff them biscuits… good price and good grub!

Service is good everytime I come. Food is good. Coffee is good. Bathrooms are ok. Prices are reasonable. This is my go to place.

Well … At least the food is OK… But the service was horrible! Our waitress (which I wish I knew her name) was awful! She took forever to get our order. She kept skipping our table. And when we asked for cream and sugar for our coffees she said «their right behind u»… Which she could of told us that in the first place instead of having us wait for it.
When we got our food it was cold. My husband asked to get his reheated. She forgot to bring us the condiments we asked for. And forever long to refill our coffees. Oh. and she forgot our side order of toast. When I asked her for the toast she said «what toast?»… Did u think I made that up? … She was just plain rude.
We over heard the table next to us complaining about her as well saying that she was rude and they didn’t want to tip her much… We agreed. So here’s my tip… If your not a customer service person than find another job.

Only thing good is the service. Bland, burnt food. Should’ve opted for the Dennys next door… that says a lot.

I don’t understand why this place has the word «Chef» in it… when they don’t know how to make eggs over medium.
I ordered breakfast here the other day, and I was so disgusted with what the waitress brought out. My eggs were supposed to be cooked, over medium. I pushed my fork against the yolk and it was super runny… grossed me out. I didn’t even bother trying it. I told the waitress, she offered to take it back and have them make me a new plate. I refused… it was just too nasty.
Service is just OK.

This little place seriously has amazing customer service the staff is very nice and attentive. Food is delicious and very affordable. It’s a great family place perfect for brunch. 5 stars:))

The food was horrible. My mash potatoes were crunchy on the outside like it was sitting out & the gravy had a film over it. The waitress brought by brothers lemonade in a styrofoam cup & it was noticeably dripping when she handed it to me. I assumed she hadn’t wiped it off when she handed it to me but it had a hole in the bottom. The waitress was nice though. & everyone around me seemed like regulars & like they really knew the waitress right. If you’re under 55 you might not want to go here though…

The food was slightly below average and the service could have been better. The waitress did go out of her way to get something which was awesome but failed in other areas. I’ll be here again to see how things are going.

First time here. Looked like a nice place to have a meal after a long morning at Kaiser. In a nutshell, food was okay, service was slow, price was too high for the service. My husband ordered the menudo which he said was good but they brought 15 mins earlier than everyone else’s food. They were slow in refilling coffee and drinks. We probably won’t go here again.

I ordered an Omelette with beans and hash browns to go. When I got in the car the food smelled like dirty grease instead of that appetizing fried smell. I tried to eat it and I just couldn’t do it. The beans were super runny and did not taste good at all. I gave this place two stars because the ladies at the front were friendly. The kitchen needs serious help.

This is a really great family dinner. Service was great. Food was good. The salad bar was awesome. The décor was clean and country-​cute. We’ll be back!

We were staying at the Kaiser Hospital for three days following the birth of our twin girls. On the second day, I was able to sneak out and grab some breakfast while my Wife and babies were passed out. I had already tried another restaurant in the area and I was left unimpressed, so I gave this place a try. I’m glad I did. I ended up eating breakfast here three times in a week!
The first time I came by myself. I was seated quickly, but soon forgotten. I wasn’t even given a menu! I got up and got my own menu, went back to my table, and looked it over. After a few minutes of sitting there with my menu folded up, ready to order, I flagged down a Waitress. «Can I place an order Miss?» She apologized, and went and got who was supposed to be my Waitress. Once she knew I was there, she was friendly enough.
Ordered coffee, water, and a weekday breakfast special, Steak & Eggs, extra crispy hashbrowns, and an English Muffin.
What came out impressed me. Now I expect a cheap steak n egg breakfast to come out with a cheap piece of two-​dollar steak. What I got was a good-​looking, solid steak; firm in texture, and very juicy and tasty. The hashbrowns came out great, crispy on the bottom, soft in the middle, a little crunch, a little grease. Fantastic. Over easy eggs were good, plenty of yolk for half of that English muffin. Just a well put-​together breakfast that hit the spot. This was the weekday breakfast special for $ 7.99! $ 7.99?! What a great deal! The unimpressive part? I had to wait a minute to ask for silverware. Glad my meal didn’t get cold waiting.
A few days later I came in with my Wife and the twins after their checkup, and we were seated in the same seat. THIS time I received a menu and was helped to a seat quickly. She brought out our Coffee and water quickly. This was the first cup of coffee the Wife had had since she found out she was pregnant. She was in her little coffee heaven for a few minutes. A few minutes turned into more than 10 minutes as we were forgotten about again at that point. We had flag down another Waitress again because we were getting hungry and frustrated by now. She wrangled us our Waitress, who apparently didn’t know we were her customers. She then took our order finally.
I ordered Steak & Eggs again, but it was Saturday, so no weekday special. I went ahead and got the New York strip and eggs for $ 11.99 this time. Glad I did. Nice cut of meat, even better than the one I had previously. Hashbrowns and eggs came out just as great. This time I opted for Biscuits & Gravy instead of English muffin. The biscuits are ok, really heavy; and they are swimming in country gravy. The gravy doesn’t look very appetizing, but its better tasting than it looks.
My Wife had Strawberry-​Chocolate French Toast this trip. She LOVED them and the portions were huge! She couldn’t finish her plate, she took home half of it to feed to the kids. She was impressed with her plate, which doesn’t happen with her too much.
So we decided to try it again the very next morning. We were seen to our seats right next to the Server station and given menus. Coffee and water came out. Then we were forgotten about AGAIN! It took almost 15 minutes for our order to be taken! This time we didn’t flag anybody down, because we were tending to our newborn twin babies. They were woken up by all the silverware and dish clanging that was happening at the Server station right next to us! We have now learned to ask for a seat away from the station and kitchen when we have sleeping babies with us. Finally a Waitress graced us with her presence and took our orders.
So this time, it was Sunday, so again, no specials. I ordered the $ 8.99 plain ol’ Steak & Eggs. THIS time I got the cheap hunk of beef I expected to get the first time I came in. It still tasted good, don’t get me wrong, but the quality paled in comparison to the two previous steaks I had eaten here. It was a bad awkward cut, with a lot of that «non-​edible» gristle on it. Still ate it though. Hashbrowns, eggs and English Muffins, all great. Just like before.
This time my Wife got a Pancake breakfast. She liked the pancakes enough, but she really liked the sausage and bacon. She said the scrambled eggs were good, but tasted like someone put pepper on them while they were being cooked.
Anyhoo, I like this restaurant for its good food and value. I don’t like the disorganization of the staff. They were nice and friendly enough to us, but being forgotten at your table 3-​out-​of-​3 times in one week is a cause for concern. This would have been a 4-​star review (possibly 5) if not for our abandonment and that misfit steak I was served. We will try again next time we need to go to Kaiser.

Our first time. We usually go somewhere closer, which is smaller and very well attended. So, we thought we’d try we enjoyed it. The staff was attentive and friendly. We were seated within 15 minutes, on a Sunday. Nice selection, coffee was very good, food was average. I’d come again.

The employees are very friendly. The food is cheap and the portions are huge. Don’t eat before you come here so you can finish your food. I haven’t tried the desserts but they look appetizing.

This my first time here and I will say I will come back here plenty of times, food is great, service is great, environment is nice, pricing is good as well!

first time here today and had a scrumptious breakfast! and you can’t beat the free coffee when you check-​in! I picked the yummy vanilla cappuccino and had the lumberjack griddle platter (? forgot the name). it was soooo good and worth every penny! my daughter liked her French toast, crispy bacon & eggs and my husband had the Belgian waffle. all good, good price and great service! will definitely be coming back! :)

I loved my breakfast, and my Wife had the «menudo» it was every bit as tasty as it looked.

I have never been rude to any of your employees !
I would only patronize your restaurant because of the groupon and AAA deals.
You can go on with your denial of the lack of good customer service that I’ve had with only Nelly as much as you want. You are the one losing out !
Let’s see how long it takes for this restaurant to go the way of the Dodo.

It’s been awhile since I came here, my family used to come here when it was millies restaurant but now it’s a million times better. They give you very good portions enough to make you full, that’s coming from someone who likes to eat and could eat a lot. Plus their prices are very reasonable… sure blows Dennys right across the street outta the water.
If you feel iffy about this place give it a shot and you won’t be disappointed. Good food good prices. Doesn’t get better then that.

The brown sugar oats French toast is AMAZING!!! Service is good. Great portion size. But seriously, the brown sugar French toast is awesome!
