Not surprised this place such bad reviews. Shitty service i’d rather drive to the chino town square for a lot of the same stuff and quality service. It’s ten minutes prior to closing, your still open so act like it. You want to get out fast cool, I want to shop somewhere were I feel appreciated. If you treat people well they won’t mind spending money to keep you employed.

They aren’t open until 9 like their hours say and they gave no warning that they don’t allow people to try on clothes if it’s past a certain time. So I picked out clothes and would’ve been out earlier than their closing time and they said that I couldn’t because they do it so that they leave at 9… I told them that’s not a good policy and they did nothing to change it at all. So I wasted my time for nothing.

you have a 7 day exchange or return for store credit policy… so when i go on the 3rd day to exchange a pair of pants for another because the middle is already torn you tell me there’s nothing that can be done? always shopped here as well as a group of friends, so myself including them and their friends are done with this place.(what word of mouth can do for business haha). you can’t win being selfish! it was a 5 dollar pair of pants you sold for 20, get over yourself.

Went here as a last ditch resort for a homecoming dress for my daughter. Surprisingly I saw several dresses that I had seen at Windsor for 1⁄3 less. Found a dress that she was content with for a fair price. Only thing is there’s no exchange or refunds on dresses; make sure of your purchase. They actually had a nice selection of clothes as well. Overall worth checking out.
