I hired Ernest’s to clean both my tile and carpet. They were very professional and did a great job! Their prices were the best I found. Thank you!

When called for business, he had a million questions. He wanted me to do all his foot work to do the job. His phone etiquette is very questionable and he just acted as if he did not want to go to work today. All the sighing and puffing is for children, not when you are answering the «business» phone and attempting to conduct business. He was so lax, that I wondered if it was even a viable business. When you use your cellphone as your business phone, because you can’t afford to get two separate phones, at least answer the phone «Ernestos Carpet Cleaning,» with some enthusiasm.

I decided to use his service, based on good ratings from Unilocal,to restore shine to my dull marble floors (also remove some old stains on the floors) in the hallway and kitchen and master (along with carpeting cleaning of carpeted rooms). He came over first and gave me an estimate, and scheduled the service on a weekend, which helped a lot due to my unavailability during the week.
He didn’t over-​promise, which I really appreciated, and he did restore the shine to the marble floors and got rid of the stains, which I thought would possibly not happen. Ernesto was very friendly and explained the procedure he was doing to the floors, and also gave a great tip on how to maintain/​clean the marble floors, which I really appreciated.

Great service, they are fast on responding. I needed to clean a big master bedroom on Sunday. They were able to meet my needs and had a same day service ON A SUNDAY! ! PRICE was with in my budget. My room is now clean!!! I’ve decided use this company as my normal service. Finally someone who is responsive!

Ernesto, has been to our family home twice. Each time he was extremely well prepared and professional. The first time we called him, it was an extreme emergency! We were very concerned that no one would be able to salvage our carpets and che lounge. Our mother had just been placed in hospice. We needed our carpets really cleaned and sanitized for her well being. Ernesto, did the job calmly despite of the chaos of medical equipment and nurses. We were very grateful! His price was quite reasonable. We trust him completely. He is dependable, fast, polite and knows his business. His concern even goes to making sure the floor under the carpets in left in excellent shape. As you can imagine we feel very safe with his team. We will be depending on Ernesto, many times for future carpet conditioning and cleaning services.

Ernesto was easy to reach and I was able to schedule next day service tile cleaning for a property in Hacienda Heights. His team arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and got the done job quickly. The results were pretty amazing and I will post some photos. P. S. The tile is raw travertine, had natural crevices that easily picks up dirt… which is why I really needed this cleaning and am very glad it looks good again. Thanks Ernesto.

Completely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment at 3 pm, left work to come home at 3 sharp. They were corresponding back and forth with me that they were on their way, then said they got stuck on the freeway, then they said they were ten minutes away… and NEVER showed up. Completely unprofessional and rude. Don’t waste your time here.

The wood floors looked as dirty as they did before their work. My calls remain unanswered, being an out of town owner I relied on reviews. I’m trying to recoup some of my five hundred dollars.

I recently volunteered to help my aunt get most of her moving done. I didn’t realize it was including getting the place, a total of 3 relatively large rooms (floors), spotless so she could get her deposit back! Luckily, I was able to find these guys on Unilocal!
I read the reviews and they seemed to have decent prices and friendly, competent staff so I went for it. Ernesto and his crew were on time, their equipment was in great condition, and they were extremely professional. Needless to say, my aunt got her deposit back :) I have already recommended their services to others!

Called on a Saturday to schedule an appointment the next day at 1pm. They were very easy to talk to both on the phone and in person. Javier and a partner showed up on Sunday, and they were very friendly and explained everything clearly. I wanted my ceramic tile floor professionally cleaned and that is what they did. I had hired a cleaning lady the week before to clean my floor but she wasn’t able to. She had mopped it 3 times and couldn’t get it clean. After walking over it barefoot, my feet were still black underneath. And with a crawling baby, I wanted my floors super clean before we moved in. Thank God for Ernesto’s Cleaning!!! There’s no way I could have gotten it that clean myself! See my contrasting picture!

So here it goes. I am the office manager of a medical clinic in Pasadena.
Our linoleum flooring needed floor was stripping badly as it has built up of wax in the past few years. In fact it is so thick that in areas, it is starting to flake off from heavy foot traffic. And then, I figured since we are seeking wax removal service, they can steam clean our carpet too at the same time.
This is where ERNESTO’s carpet cleaning comes to the rescue. I called late afternoon on Thursday inquiring about services. I get a call back within 15 minutes. The next day Friday, they came to see our clinic and we walked through and discussed what needs to be done. Since I am responsible for the maintenance of our office, I wanted to ensure I was contracting with a fully qualified crew or else my name will be as dirty as the floor to be cleaned.
After our discussion, i asked when they can clean our office as I said it can only be done on weekends. Guess what? Ernesto says tomorrow-​Saturday! I was joyed that we could have a very clean floor by Monday.
Well, the crew promised to be at our office at 0900AM. And you know what? They were exactly on time! They worked on removal of floor wax, followed by sealing and then steam clean all the carpeted areas.
The crew worked meticulously, dedicated and very productive. They were here all morning, all afternoon and into early evening.
When I arrived at the office on Monday morning, I thought I walked into the wrong office! the carpet was clean as new and the linoleum flooring looked exactly the first day it was installed. It was polished, clean and I could finally see the original color once again! And better yet, it made the room look larger because the flooring is now the original light color.
So there you have it. I was skeptical in the beginning but each step of the way, Ernesto and his crew proved me wrong. The professionalism, the work ethics and the results created a winning combination.
Will we use Ernesto in the future? You bet we will and on a regular basis from now on.
It’s not often you find a hard working crew that can meet the demands of a «neat freak» office manager. And at the end, my name and reputation was as shiny as the floors!

I called Ernesto to have my carpet, couches, and kitchen tile floors cleaned. He responded quickly and made things real simple for me by giving me an appointment right away in the same day and gave me a quote first thing after arriving when he could see the extent of the job. Also, he gave me a real good price considering the bundle package i was getting (usually its hard to find people willing to clean the couches for cheap). As far as professionalism goes, Ernesto and his crew worked diligently and quickly, always with a smile on and with positive attitudes. If you want a no non-​sense, good job, where you feel like you get your money’s worth, i would definitely give Ernesto and his crew a call, because that is exactly what they delivered for me and i’m confident they will do the same for you.

I texted Ernesto at 9am after reading the sum of 6 reviews posted on Unilocal.I needed my carpets cleaned that same day after moving out of my large 2-​bdrm apartment. He texted me right back — within 5 minutes — and agreed to do the job at 3pm. He wouldn’t give me a quote until he could see my place. I got a text at 3pm letting me know he was running 45 minutes behind. That was fine with me as I had some flexibility. He and his brother Javier arrived at 4pm and Javier quoted me $ 150 for 3 rooms. He tried to sell me hard on the $ 200 for shampoo AND extraction, but I turned it down. My carpets hadn’t been shampooed in 3 years and I had little black dots of trapped dirt on the high-​traffic areas. About 45 minutes after they started the job, they were done and the carpets looked spanking clean and like new.
I appreciated these guys’ willingness to schedule me in at the last minute and their thoroughness and efficiency. I think $ 150’s pretty steep for the time it took them to do the job, but I figured i was also paying for the convenience. I was happy with their work and would use them again.

Terrible, rather unprofessional and seriously lacking in the knowledge department. I called because they advertised that they do restoration and cleaning. I needed a cleaning and restoration of slate on the front and back porch. When I called the man who answered sounded like he just rolled out of bed at home (basing this on background noise that I heard). Not to mention that I was having a difficult time communicating with him due to language barrier, English I believe is not his first language which would be fine IF he even knew what slate was. He asked me several times what I wanted and then asked me to explain what slate was. If this is the company’s specialty (cleaning and restoration) shouldn’t he know what type of stone slate is?

Been doing business with Ernesto and Javier for over two years now. We are apartment managers and we needed a more reliable vendor for our carpet cleaning guys. Found them while walking my dogs around the block. Once I met them, I knew they were good people. They are always on time and always so sweet and nice. The after job is always so good and they make sure you are happy. Oh and their prices cannot be beat! We recently decided to replace our apartment carpet with hardwood floors and wow they did such a good job!
If you decide to hire these guys, you won’t be disappointed.
