Unnaceptable customer service. Came to this business to inquire about obtaining colored LED interior bulbs for my vehicle. Salesperson was eating a full breakfast platter at the front counter. Asked questions and he pretty much was not at all interested. A great salesperson would immediately offer to look at the vehicle and begin offering options. Do not recommend this place as customer service is non existent.

Don’t waste your time. Customer service sucks. Parts are over priced. & The guy with the EYE BROWS is so demanding like dam calm down. But they did have a nice Ek in the back so 1 star for them.

Had no problem what so ever bought my new shift knob for my subi there not too long ago they made an effort to go out to my car in the rain and try to find the right size they seemed chill looked on ebay for the same knob only a $ 5 difference if you guys are reading this thank you man

WORST store to go for parts! Only go there if you wanna have a good laugh or you wanna meet idiots. They don’t know sh*t about cars! They’ll sell you the wrong parts on purpose. Looks like they get their sh*t from eBay and call it theirs.

Main dude there with a bald head sold me some bolts that were stripped thank you for wasting my time. Has very horrible people skills. Prices seem to be whatever they want them to be. Unfortunately i stop here thinking ill get something that works and its always a disappointment. If i could rate negative anymore i would.

11÷04÷14 Came here for a HID wiring kit. The main guy idk his name but hes always there. Anyway, he sold me a wiring kit saying it would work like my old one. He told me how to wire it… well it didnt work.
I come back the next day and there was like 3 other customers and i walk up to him and i was like «hey, remember i came yesterday and bought the kit? Well it didnt work how you told me to wire it. Wondering if you can take a look at it and tell me what i connected wrong cause i can’t figure it out, i did what you said.» he cut me off and said, «dont you see i have other customers to attend? I can’t install anything in your car! I can’t just leave and go help you, what do you expect?!» what the heck bro? Idk what his deal is, i just asked a simple question. Then he kept blabbering being rude and said, «if you want i’ll give you a refund!» i didnt want a refund i just needed him to take a quick look… anyway i left pretttttty mad and embarassed.

So I came back to return his shitty hid wires. I walk in and i say, «heres your wires back and you really pissed me off that day». Then he blows up on me! He says this, «You were DEMANDING me to leave and work on your car! Can you not see that sign over there?!» (Dude this sign is so hidden btw) it says im not responsible for installations and so on!” then i say, «i WASNT demanding you to do anything! I simply asked a question and you had to embarass me and go off on me infront of everyone, there was no need for that!» and he pulls out a stack of money out of his pocket and says, «heres your money back, im basically paying you to not RETURN to my shop». Hahahahaha, i told him he «can go eff himself and be an ass to his other «customers». Took my money and left. Dude, really? I don’t plan to ever EVER come back to this shop, if you want an asshole to go off on you and sell you shit that does NOT work than this is the place to go. You’re better off finding whatever you need on ebay like what i did in the end. Stupid rude old fart needs to go get a real job than selling dumb jdm crap.

They really nice to you when there trying to sell you there products but when you want to return something that they sold you and isn’t the right product for you vehicle and all you want to do is exchange it for the correct item hasn’t been used all they through is policy that they don’t tell you when you buy it and hangup.
