The customer service in this place is the worst ! I would rather drive further than to come to this place again. I used to love coming here it used to be a great spot to shop but I’m not so sure what changed with the environment.

I was turned away rudely as they closed the door, on the release date of Fifa 16. I understand I was a minute late but that’s a heartless decision they made towards a loyal customer and a gamer who works late. I see where the customer stands with this store. Very sad day. I Wish I wouldn’t have preordered it with them or have paid partial of it or else I could’ve gone and bought it elsewhere.

They have an awesome cell phone display! The entire time there, I got to see what the back of the employees phones looked like as they couldn’t stay off them long enough to help. Overpriced and the knowledge base is terrible. At least with most Game Stops you get some employees who play games and know something about it. Not here. Clueless and too bothered to deal with customers for more than a «ummm i could look».
Don’t waste your time here. You get better help from any retail store such as Target or Walmart and it is most likely cheaper. And there are plenty other Game Stops around that are well worth driving to in order to avoid these tards.

I guess they got new people cuz wen I went, the girl was really helpful in helping me find a game. She took her time explaining about the games I was choosing and if it was really worth getting. I’ll probably come back again
