If I could give them a negative review I would. But I cannot
So I will give them 1 star.
They brought me the wrong parts and never gave me my cash back.
I’m a body shop in San Bernardino.
They only offer credit and I do not want their crappy credit.
They are very rude and unprofessional I have actually seen their drivers driving crazy and doing donuts before they arrive.
They try to grab your attention with a sluty Hispanic female that I’ve seen on Holt blvd.

If there was a way to rate this company under 1 star, I would do that. Ordered some parts for Chrysler Van, don’t our mistake or theirs. We got the parts for a 2008 Van. Our Van is 2006. Called and notified them of the error, they agreed to replace the parts with the right ones. Assured us the parts would be delivered today 03-10-2015. Called them around lunch time and they said that the parts would be there shortly. No delivery. Called them again around 4 PM, same answer. Told them that we have been hearing the same thing since lunch time. They said to relax. Be grateful that I am charging you for the wrong parts. He further said that he would call his driver and have him bring back the parts. What an attitude. Juan — Owner. Needs to learn the basics of customer service. He is still living in the 60’s
