I wish I could rate them with no star at all but you have to at least put one. Ok, let’s see… I came here for some table cloths for my wedding and he had me sign a contract but didn’t tell me what was on the contract or give me any information at all of course. He told me they would be cleaned and ironed before we picked them up because that was a big thing for me since I didn’t want my wedding tablecloths to be all wrinkly. I asked her probably 3 times to be clear and she was very certain they would be ironed and clean. My mom was the one setting up the tablecloths and she called me frantically the day of the wedding asking if there was any way we could exchange them for some that weren’t messed up. There was human hair and lint all over the table cloths, filthy dirty, there was holes that had been safety pinned together, and they were super wrinkly! My aunt had to run to the store and get wrinkle spray to help with some of it but it couldn’t get it all. Oh and upon setting them up they found out some of them weren’t the right colors that I had ordered!!! We called them and they were very rude. Said they were used rentals that they won’t be brand new. Why did they tell us they would have them all clean and ironed? They weren’t just bad because they were used I could understand that but they didn’t even clean them from the last people that had them!!! My mom just had to hide as much as she could and they figured it out. Anyways on my honeymoon I get a call from Lulus telling us they’re gonna make a police report because we didn’t return them the day after our wedding. Who returns tablecloths the day after they’re wedding??? Obviously people go on honeymoons!!! He demanded that I bring them back and had no consideration when I told them how badly of shape they were on my special wedding day. He raised his voice at me and told me he was going to call the cops if we didn’t bring them back the next day. My mom ended up taking them back for me and guess what? They went through every table cloth in front of them to find if anything was damaged and because there was punch stains and white chocolate still on it they told us we had to pay them $ 25 for the damages when they hadn’t told us this before we bought them! They said if we didn’t give them the $ 25, they were going to make a police report about that too!!! She was extremely rude to them and it probably has something to do with our race too!!! All I can say is very extremely rude and bad service!!!
PS. If you’re any other race than Mexican you probably shouldn’t expect good costumer service from them. ⁰⁄₅ stars.
Don’t rent ANYTHING from this disgusting place! You’ll regret it…

I came here and rented table linens for my WEDDING, EXCELLENT customer service. LULU was very ACCOMMODATING to my LAST MINUTE requests on table linens I needed almost 10 more with 2 days notice she was able to get my requests made and perfectly ironed without hesitation. GREAT PLACE FOR RENTALS with QUALITY VALUE & GREAT PRICING.
With LULU’s BRIDAL I was able to be in contact with her easily of me requesting her to call back and contact me regarding my changes, linens and questions.
I WILL DEFIANTLY BE COMING BACK AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND LINENS HERE.
******* I rented linens from Fairy Tale Bridal (down the street) all my linens we wrinkled upon delivery, it was for my bridal shower and I was highly upset.

I gave them one star only because I can’t give them a zero. They’re disorganized and un professional. Their customer service is poor. The tents were damaged, the tables and table cloths were the wrong size, and at the last minute we had to pick-​up the table and chairs ourselves. It was just an extreme inconvenience on top of all the stress of planning a party.

If I could give (–12) stars I would! My daughter and her boyfriend rented a fondue machine for her 25^th birthday party. As I was setting up the machine for the party I saw that it was a very old and fatigued machine, however it was 9pm and the party went on. We turned on the machine and it seriously started to wobble and spit chocolate everywhere, then the motor stopped working. Not a real big deal, except for the wall cleaning. When my daughter and her boyfriend took the machine back the following Monday Lulu the owner of the business became very offensive and stated that if she gave discounts or refunds for faulty equipment that she would not be in business and blamed us for breaking the machine. The customer service is very poor and the equipment is old and faulty. Just so everyone knows this is the first bad review I have ever given on Unilocal in 4 years of using Unilocal’s services.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD. DONT GO HERE. We rented a chocolate fountain for my daughters 25^th birthday and it broke during the party. When I went to pick it up, the store was filthy and ghetto. The guy plugged the machine in and I knew it was going to break but he assured me it wouldn’t. So, I took the machine. Sure enough it broke. My daughters boyfriend returned it and and the owner LULU was incredibly rude to him! She blamed the machine breaking on us and didn’t give us the money back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONCE AGAIN…

Giving this place 1 star is too generous. I wish they had a 0 star option. DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE. The store is dirty. And the customer service is horrible.
I rented a chocolate fountain for my 25^th birthday party. I had to call LULU multiple times to inquire about the machine. She said she would send me a picture of the machine and never did. So, the party was on Saturday and my mom went to pick it up on Friday. The guy who worked there told her that machine was reliable. But when I saw the machine it was probably 20 years old. When we turned it on, it started wobbling and made a loud weird sound. But the guy assured us it was going to work. Sure enough, toward the end of the party, the machine stopped working. The chocolate wasn’t flowing over the tiers. My boyfriend went to return the machine and told the owner what happened. SHE BLAMED THE FAULTY MACHINE BREAKING ON US. Worst customer service ever.
