I needed multiple parts for different vehicles and unfortunately this place was the only place who claimed it to be available. unfortunately them showing it available on the phone does not guarantee they’ll have it available when you show up. Their inventory system is wrong and not accurate.
It is common practice to keep certain items covered and protected from the rain not here everything’s piled on top of each other and just left outside for months and years.
Even though it’s rusted in oxidated you never get a break or a discount.
There is some really wonderful and great customer service salesman here. Good luck finding the right one cuz they continuesly fire them. I would definitely only go here if its your last resort but check the place to the right first before having to go here.
Next door might night have a well based inventory but when they do have stuff there in good condition

Don’t get the owner on the phone. He hangs up after telling you that he is to busy. I thought after having a good experience in the morning that my problems with my car were solved until when I called back and he said that to me.

I went there to replace some parts for my Subaru. I called a day before to make sure that the parts are available because I had visited a couple other places and they said they didn’t have those parts (even though on their website it was available). I ended up waiting a little bit because there were other customers too but the price was really good and they even installed the parts and fixed the window. I ended up getting a couple wheels too since they looked almost new!

I found a door for my car online at this place and called them to confirm it’s still there. Mark and Victor were professional, honest and friendly, although hard for them to know what they have. The door could not fit in the trunk or the back seat to take it somewhere and install, but Mark managed it with someone who replaced it for an extra charge. Overall, saved me money and time!

NEVER GO HERE. They have no idea what they have. Not to mention they are very rude. I called about a part and they gave me a price. I said I would be in the next day (its an hour away). Once I called them again to confirm spoke to a very rude person who said I didnt know what I was talking about and that they had none of the parts. Call someone else, this is a horrible place.

Do not expect to be treated with respect at this business. I purchased a good? Used engine from them. I had it professionally installed, it was fine for one week. Then on the way home on the freeway i heard a noise and wondered whose car was making that awful noise. Unfortunately, it was my car. I had to be towed home, the mechanic who installed it concluded it was a mechanical failure. I had the 30 day warranty. So, I returned the engine, that’s when the abuse started. I had to wait for the owner to show up with the money, so I had to cancel my other appts. The owner arrived brow beating his employees and not believing his workers about the engine was broken. He then looked at the engine complaining. He yelled at me about how my mechanic did not install it correctly. And how the engine was supposed to be rebuilt first, which wasn’t what the guy who sold it to me said. The owner would not give me a full refund because I didn’t return the timing cover. I am still waiting for my remaining refund, even though I returned the part over a month ago. Maybe I just was unlucky, however I want to warn people about what they sell and how you will be treated if you have a problem.
