Panda Plastering currently serves all of southern California as a licensed and insured company. Our operations manager became apprentice of a licensed contractor at the age of 17 to then working full time and worked his way up the ladder achieving his accomplishment of obtaining a contractors license, proper working equipment, and earning his spot as boss of his own company after many years of hard work and dedication.

Called multiple times… on multiple occasions… and left several voice messages and never even got a return phone call. We are still looking for someone to restucco our home but will be looking elsewhere. .I would hesitate to do business with someone that won’t answer calls or return voice mail msgs.

I was having AC installed at my house and the side of the home where the copper exited the wall needed to be repaired. I was in a bind as my «regular» stucco guy who I have used for years moved to New York so I had to find someone fast and someone whom I had no experience with. I called Panda Plastering & Stucco and Nester was available to perform the work the following day which was a Saturday.
Nester and his employee (I believe it is his brother) were very professional and did an outstanding job matching the color stucco and texture. The price was very fair for the work performed and these two were extremely courteous and clean. When they finished you could not tell that I had a contractor on site doing work as the area they used was cleaner than when they arrived. The wall looks great and I would use these guys again. Nestor and his crew stuccoed my entire house after a complete gut renovation and I have to say that out of the numerous contractors I worked with, Nestor was hands-​down the best. The job turned out great and the price was fair. There were no change orders and everything was completed on time. Any stucco job on a new house inevitably will develop small cracks due to settling and Nestor came out to fix them w/​out charging or any issues. I would gladly call him again if I need any stucco work.

After talking to a few stucco contractors, I hired Panda Plastering. Nestor stuccoed a house and detached garage for me. He was very informative about the process. The job went well! Very satisfied with the finish product. He even came back out one day to touch up an area after the job was finished.
Would definitely recommend Panda Plastering.

Five unanswered phone calls and three voicemails to both the 909 and the 949 numbers makes me think the five star reviews for this contractor are rigged. I get better response from contractors out of the pennysaver.

Nester was punctual, responsive, efficient and delivers quality work. If he is running late, he will let me know. There was no surprises at the end. We agreed on the work and a price and everything worked out as I expected. I thought Nester and his staff was very polite and professional as well. They try to understand my need and resolve concerns immediately. I would use his services again and would recommend Panda Plastering to my friends and family. Thanks Nester — keep up the good work!

Nestor did a great job patching a hole in my stucco left from a plumbing repair. He was on time, courteous and completed the job in a timely manner at a fair price. He was also able to match the stucco perfectly with the rest of the house. I will definitely call him again for future repair work.

Nestor is a young guy, but he clearly has significant experience in the trade. Nestor and his team have done a couple of projects for me. I hired him on the first job because he came up with a creative solution to a stucco repair problem that none of the other contractors either thought of (their suggested solutions were much more expensive). The quality of his work is excellent. It is an absolute pleasure working with someone that is honest, communicates, is dependable, timely and does quality work!

Nestor and his crew did a fabulous job removing the old and outdated 1950’s wood siding from the front of my house and replacing it with stucco. Instead of only applying the stucco to where the siding had been (the upper portion of the walls), Nestor re-stucco’d the entire length of each wall to make it look uniform and create an even look when painted. I can’t say another contractor would do the same.
I highly recommend his work!

After calling around to a lot of stucco contractors, I was so glad when I finally found Nestor. He was the first person who really seemed like they knew what they were talking about. The stucco on my house was cracked and stained and I hired him to fix the cracks and apply a fog coat to the stucco. After doing some reading, I had decided that I would rather fog it than paint over it. His price was very reasonable and they did an excellent job. They were respectful, non intrusive, professional, and did a good job cleaning up afterward. I am so happy with the way my house now looks!

Nestor recently completed a job that took down rock facing and replaced with stucco to match the rest of the home and patch up some existing areas that needed some repairs. He was very timely, finishing the job from start to finish in 2.5 days and very clean. The area he put in matched the rest of the house perfectly and they were able to get everything done on time and at the estimate amount. I would recommend Nestor’s services for anyone looking to get some stucco repair done as he is efficient, good quality work and very responsive.

I hired Panda Plastering to repair several large and long, deep stair-​step cracks in my front stucco walls. I was going to have the painting company handle the repair, but they mostly patch and since this was the front of my house, I wanted it actually repaired. I hired someone without any reviews and mentioned that I was curious about that. Nestor Guaderrama had just recently subscribed to Unilocal,so he had no reviews on this site. Nestor Guaderrama owns this business and showed up exactly on time to give me a price and showed up on time when he came to do the work with his younger brother, Nicholas. He worked all day to make the repairs and also fixed some prior stucco work that was, frankly, never finished before I could not recommend him more for his work and his demeanor. I almost didn’t notice that he and his brother were there. Considering he and his brother worked all day, I thought he under-​priced the work, so I paid him more based on the quality. Please contact me for a reference and I would be happy to expand on my review.

I called Nestor as a last resort. After dealing with 2 different contractors I started to believe my smooth finish house would never be finished. He showed up on the job and told me exactly how he would finish the job and how long it would take. He did exactly what he said and I’m very thankful. A good contractor is hard to find.
