My dad opened 2 lines bought two phones it was a T mobile transfer my dad went in 2 times bc he was not able to make out going calls and no one wanted to help him sure they were able to help him when it came to a new sale. They just told him to call CS my dad wanted to keep his old # so turns out the rep inputted the wrong # so it took us 2 hours with customer service until we finally fixed it the rep who sold him the phones was named Edith, my dad said she was nice but obviously not efficient. So upsetting

Came in today with a litany of issues that were resolved one at a time by an associate, Gerard, who went way above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. We were able to sort out contracts, phone upgrades, backing up all photos and data and porting them over to new phones, as well as apply discounts to our account. Gerard spent a solid 2 hours with our group and was a real trooper through the ordeal. Thank you. Someone make him Employee of the Month!

I just came in to add on another line and buy a cheapie phone for my girlfriends daughter And as I was browsing around while doing the process of getting the phone and additional line I was interested in a blue tooth speaker box. I defiantly like it and was sold on it over the Bose speaker but just it was Costly and being the holidays I wasn’t in the position to buy at the time … Anyhow as I was finally finishing the process with the phone «Melissa» and another young gentlemen who sold me on the speaker box who was helping us out offered The wireless blue tooth speaker box, a phone case Charger for the home and a phone protector For my girlfriends daughters phone free ! Just as long as I paid for the taxes — N/p I though that was really nice of them to do that especially for for the holidays Little did they know how much I wanted a Wireless blue tooth speaker box for the house It is nice gesture and also that some people still do nice things for others in these times … I like to say that this store is really generous kind And caring to their customers Melissa and the other young gentleman sales rep «Thank you and Happy Holidays»

I walked into the store hoping I could assistance. They had music was blaring I could hardly hear the manager. I finally had to ask them to turn the music down. Consequently he had an attitude had someone else help me. She was attempting to be courteous and helpful and actually answered most of my questions. But I couldn’t believe that they sell android phones and that which are google based and the staff could not answer any questions about google chrome. I suppose if I was in to purchase a new phone they would have jumped to attention. Worst Verizon store yet.

I was going to give 1 star but since they finally help me so I give another star. In general, not just this location. Verizon Wireless store most of them the Customer Service is HOOOOORRible!!! Really… I don’t know if the management only focus on selling their products and not EDUCATING their staff or employees to Customer Service 101 at least. Ok the very basic«Hello», «Welcome to …», «I will be right with you» and«Thank you» accompany with a smile would help a lot. No wonder they are closing all their wireless store??? Talking about calling the 800 customer service? that is even worse. I was on hold for 2 hours, and 10PM sharp the message changed to «We are currently experiencing system problem and unable to process your request at this time, please try again later»… «CLICK» Whoaaaaaa… Verizon — you’re coverage maybe better but your Customer service is «below standard»

Just ordered my iPhone 5 and the service is great! I walked in during noon time and it is empty… all the employees said hi and Daniela helped me. I wanted to order iPhone 5 and she helped me upgrade my phone and explained Verizon’s new plans to me. She reviewed my data usage and recommended the plan for me, which I thought was very helpful. The transaction is very smooth and she is very helpful and nice. Now I just need to wait for the package to arrive!
