Michael Cantor has been a full time professional inspector since 1991 with about 10,000 inspections to his credit. Mike is a Master Inspector in the CREIA organization and a certified inspector in the ASHI organization. He is a degreed engineer having graduated from Polytechnic University of New York. Mike has been past vice president and president of the Orange County CREIA and ASHI joint organizations and is currently the education chairman overseeing on-going education for other inspectors. Michael is a specialist in regard to the entire home inspection process focusing strongly on water intrusion and mold conditions in the building.
