Came in when the restaurant was over 80% empty, stood there with my family waiting for a table while the wait staff ignored us. They saw us, we know they did, but just ignored us until we left. That’s messed up, seriously, it’s not like you were mobbed, you walked right past us and just chose to pretend we weren’t there. Completely unacceptible.

The food and service was good. The last time I visited I did not visit the women’s restroom. The restroom was very dirty and smelly. There was the odor of urine on the floor. There was toilet paper everywhere on the floor. It is amazing to me that the staff did not notice or had this dirty restroom brought to their attention. I am glad that I entered the restroom after my dinner, otherwise I would have lost my appetite!!!

Another great experience in the bar area. Excellent happy hour on beer and wine. Free chips and salsa and it is so yummy! We came on Tues eve. Outstanding service. First time trying the 3 mix/match taco plate. Was good. I had the steak and chicken. My husband not crazy for the fish taco but enjoyed the others. It was a great date night. We will be back very soon.

Bad, bad, bad. I was brought soup and no spoon. Waitress said she would get one and never came back. Ordered dinner for my son and they brought side 30 minutes after his main course. Waitress then said you cannot order 2 sides with kid meals. Excuse me. He wanted to sides and I said I don’t mind paying extra when I ordered it. They gave me dry ribs. My spouse ordered rice and beans with fajitas. They never brought rice and beans. After the meal she said she would remove them from bill. The waitress then disappeared so I had to pay on the do it yourself kiosk for food they did not even serve. I will never go back.

It is Chili’s so no surprises here about food. They have decent food but service leaves more to be desired. I really don’t get it. Is it that hard to pretend to care about customer. Do you know your tips depend on the quality of the service. Food: Guacamole and salsa were great and fresh tasting. Their chips were actually amazing. Thin, crispy and warm. Chicken and salmon combo was pretty good. Unfortunately, side of steamed broccoli is a little too mushy. Flatbread is nice and crispy. Service: That’s where this visit went downhill in a hurry. Our waitress was nice but service she provided not so much. I decided to give a try to their kiosk tablet on the table. Ordered a coffee but when I did see it for 15 minutes I asked our waitress about it. Apparently the order goes into the kitchen and that’s the end of it. She brought me coffee but I never got a chance to get refill. I really wished those useless kiosks had kind of stuardess botton just to get our waitress to the table. Good part about kiosks you can pay your bill without waiting or taking to waitress. Food: 4+ Service: 2+

My fiancé and I used to eat here once every couple of weeks. It is really convenient to where we live, so often on a Friday when we don’t feel like cooking we come here so I can grab a salad and he whatever he desires. We used to really love coming, but the food has changed. It was the same time they changed their menus. I’m not sure if they got a new chef too or what, but since that time a few months back now, the food just isn’t the same(Did I mention they also raised prices?). I thought it was just me maybe, but after talking to our family they feel the exact same way. Just a bummer… definitely won’t be coming as often.

It’s Chili’s. I get it. But whenever I’ve got a hankering for some guilty pleasures, I have no shame about dining at Chili’s. Is it «crap» food? Well, it’s definitely not good for your waistline or your blood pressure if you’re watching your sodium intake! So as long as you know what you’re getting into, it’s pretty great IMO. They always have some specials going on. I particularly like their 2 for $ 20 dinner. One shared app and two entrees for $ 20 bucks. Granted, you can only choose from a select few, but the options are pretty decent. Who doesn’t like spinach or queso dip or fried pickles? And the entrees range from their ever popular baby back ribs to a sirloin steak(which is like 300 calories!). As far as service goes, this location seemed to have some harsh reviews… I personally haven’t experienced any issues. And now with the kiosks on the tables, it really expedites drink refills and you don’t have to wait around to pay your bill! I may not always eat at Chili’s on the regular, but I have no qualms about those who do.

Decided to give Chili’s a try after not going here for a few years. Frankly, this place sucks. I got the Sirloin and salad from the lite fare menu. The steak tasted like artificial meat, it was unseasoned and had the texture of firm tofu. I definitely won’t be back.

Love it here. My favorite here is country fried steak. Very flavorful and they give you a pretty good portion. Also, love the lunch specials. Price starts at $ 6.99, $ 7.99&-$ 8.99. You get to pick a starter, soup or salad and an entrée. Each price have different menu. They give you pretty good portions as well. It doesn’t come with drinks though but that is okay with me cuz I drink soda. Service is always great and they are pretty quick. Our overall experience always turns out great.

came on a weekday for lunch, it was almost empty when we were seated, took 10 mins to place our orders, and waited for almost an hour to actually get our food!!! definitely not a place to go when you are in a rush!!! food was alright, service was alright considering the crowd — they have those fancy machine on each table so at least we don’t have to wait to get our check!

Great overall. Love the Ziosk system where you can order only a limited number of items but you can pay for your check when your ready to go. Food was fantastic Unfortunately, there were a group of 4 punk teenagers who were sitting behind my 1 year old and I cursing up a storm. Which created a negative experience

Just left here, after reading the comments I will say I was definitely a tad bit worried. But upon arrival my coworker and I were greeted pretty fast and sat down with a minute. Our server Tina was a sweetheart and brought out food out fairly fast. We started with some deep fried pickles that were super good! And then I had mas out cream enchilada with the chicken hard taco. Now the enchilada was great but the taco not so much but she had no problem changing it out for soup. All in all pretty happy with this Chillis great service and pretty good food(:

This Chili’s is in Foothill Ranch. There are a medium number of customers on a weekend during afternoon tea hours. And they’re loud. We could hear it from across the room. The service here is slightly slow, though the speed seems to be the standard slowness of slow food places. They were out of stock of one of the items that came with one of the dishes we ordered, but they offered to substitute anyway. There were no problems with the food and it tasted fine. When one pays, one does it at the wireless kiosk on the table with their credit card or gift cards. It is very convenient so one doesn’t have to worry about giving their credit card to a server and having them run off with it. Of course, I didn’t want to play with it since I didn’t want to get charged for those games that weren’t free. That’s something separate to worry about.

I come here often with my family of 5 as it is right down the street from our home… so it is an easy location to get to. I am part of the Chili’s email club which usually gives us a free appetizer or free kids meal(up to two, three would be great). It is quite easy to use, NO coupon to print or the other choice would be to use a QR code provided in the email. The service here is usually pretty good, and it’s a chain restaurant, so it is quite predictable as to what you are going to get. Overall, this is a very convenient, clean, and friendly location!

This Chili’s has great service but the food is just meh. I eat semi regularly at the Irvine location and the food there is really good so I guess it’s convenience to eat close to where you live but we usually pass on this one.

I think Chili’s(as a chain) often gets a bad rep for being knock-off Mexican food. or just low quality food in general. I respectfully disagree with the haters. It’s definitely not Mexican, but it’s good food. And this is one of the best Chili’s locations I’ve been to. I ordered the Santa Fe quesadilla, but I didn’t want the Santa Fe sauce in the quesadilla. Our server, Lauren, thought she could get it on the side, so I ordered that. She soon came pack and apologized — apparently the Monterey Jack cheese and the Santa Fe sauce are a package deal, and you can’t really have a quesadilla without cheese. Fortunately for me she was able to work magic and get me a chicken quesadilla(which surprisingly isn’t even a menu item) with the corn, pico, and sour cream on the side — effectively the Santa Fe quesadilla without the Santa Fe.(And yes, it was completely deliciously and very filling — for around $ 11…I’ll take that.) My friend got a fajita(forget which one), which he snarfed down, so I’m assuming it was delish. And, instead of getting dessert, he elected to get an order of buffalo wings(much to Lauren’s shock and amusement). Lauren gave him a(jokingly) hard time about it, which amused me. Additionally, I love the location of this Chili’s(right off the main road in Foothill), and our food was very fast, despite us technically being there dinner rush hour. All in all, our food was epic, fast, and our server actually had a sense of personality. Definitely recommend this place if you’re not looking for anything fancy.

«What a deal»! The 2 for $ 20.00 bucks deal, an appetizer and 2 main entrees. We got the chips n guacamole and 2 of the chicken fajitas… trust me, all this will FILLUP3 people!!!(My wife and I just had this today) and we left…“STUFFED”! + brought a bunch home. They’ve changed some things, ALOTBETTERNOW! Service was A+ and so was the food.

I brought my family here for lunch a couple of days ago and was very pleased with our entire dining experience. We were greeted as soon as soon as we entered the establishment and seated in one of their booths. Tina, our kind waitress, soon came to our table with our menus and offered to take our drink orders. I ordered the California Turkey Club sandwich toasted and was very pleased at how it looked and tasted. Thick toasted slices of wheat toast filled with generous amounts of sliced turkey, applewood smoked bacon, avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, mayonnaise, and melted swiss cheese(hold the onions) with a side of homestyle french fries made for a delicious meal. I was actually surprised at how much I liked my dish and am thrilled to have found my go-to dish whenever I dine at Chili’s again. Between our wonderful service from our very attentive and friendly waitress Tina to our tasty lunch selections, you can say that we will definitely be back! #4 /100 Unilocal 100 Review Challenge 2014
