Horrible service! I bought the K&S Lev 272 seatpost over 8 months ago ($ 350!!!). It was DOA,
dead on arrival from the dealer (BikeBling). The dealer refused to take it back and directed me to obtain an RMA from KS USA and ship it to them (on my expense), which I did. It took them over a month to return it to me. It worked for three weeks and broke down when I was 15 miles in the boondocks… try to pedal 15 miles with a seat post that doesn’t stay up…
Another RMA, and it is now 6 weeks and I still do not have the post back (they don’t even bother to call you to let you know what’s happening). They say they are waiting for parts… Ridiculous service. Don’t even come close to this product! I had a Gravity Dropper for 4 years, never had a problem.
