The Coolest Facilty but Limited stuff and no Customer Service!
The facility is super cool. This is definitely a destination you gotta visit. Bring your selfie gear because there are abundant photo opportunities that will get you a ton of likes and comments on any social media site you post them on.
I am a huge fan of Oakley. They have the best quality sports wear and gear for different sports. Unfortunately, I just found the selection limited and the set up makes it difficult to shop. The facility is huge but the clothes are separated in dinky little rooms for men and women.

. I do miss their outlet page they closed down. I would estimate I spend several hundreds a year, if not over a thousand, just off of the webpages.
Overall, Oakley is as good as it gets for sports gear, this facility is super cool to visit, but I left without buying anything.

Picked up some sunglasses for a coworker. Parking here is not fun. The building is quite impressive and I enjoy them being headquartered here. As for Oakley, they haven’t been the same since Luxotica forced them to sell out… Of course, $ 150 for something that costs $ 5 to make always hurts, but I don’t like cheap glasses.

They definitely take care of the locals. I live in Irvine and they are not very far from where I reside. Customer service is exemplary. One nice thing about the lobby store is that they have added a non contact sunglasses/​eyeglass cleaner machine that actually goes through the process of sterilizing your glasses on top of just cleaning them. This store offers all their newest stuff and just walking inside the lobby of HQ is like walking into an alien spacecraft. Very unique and innovative backdrop and design. Hope your experience is as refreshingly new to your eyes amazement as mine.

Still no response from oakley… This proves that they really don’t care about their customers. Any reputable company with core values would reach out immediately and find a reasonable resolution to an obvious product defect or unhappy customer for that point.
What happened to you oakley? New ownership?

My $ 1000 Oakley Time Bomb watch stopped working, I loved this watch. I knew the headquarters were located in Orange county so I called to see where I could send the watch for repair. I was told I could ship it or just bring it in. On my next day off I drove out there. The building is very impressive, massive and really cool looking. I went to the watch department and I was told to have a seat. About an hour later the guy came out and said that Oakley does not fix their own watches, and that the watch was un-​repairable. I was told that I can have a $ 300 credit towards a new $ 1500 watch or it can become a very expensive paper weight,
I was blown away, how can a company as big as Oakley not back their own products? Why wouldn’t they have parts for their watches? It’s simple, they can make more money by getting you to buy new products…
I took the watch to a number of shops to see if I could get it fixed, they all said the same thing, Oakley parts are not available for repairs!!!
Here is where it gets good, I found this place in Orange CA, It’s call the TIME MAKER on Tustin St in Orange CA
He fixed my Oakley Timebomb watch when Oakley said it was un-​repairable!!! That’s right, the manufacture couldn’t, wouldn’t fix their own watch, but he could. Oakley told me it was either a expensive paper weight or a $ 300 credit towards another $ 1500 watch… needless to say I would never buy an Oakley anything. The Time Maker fixed it in a couple of days and backed it with a 1 year warranty,
HEY OAKLEY, maybe you should sub-​contract this guy to offer yours some customer service!!!

This place has got to have the worst customer service ever. The funny part is, this is the discount store for employees so you’d think they’d treat their clientele better. Shame on you, Oakley. Get it together and get some better customer service training. If your employees at this store made it out to other places, they’d lose their jobs for their attitude alone.

This review is directly against Oakley’s Prescription customer service. The above mentioned address is listed as the HQ of Oakley and had to be chosen in order to post my opinion.
I am currently on my second pair of Oakley perscription glasses. I enjoyed the first pair so much I thought I’d be a loyal customer for life. My second pair of Oakley’s are very nice however the nose protection items called crosslinks’ whore very quickly.
I returned to the place of purchase and they immediately ordered replacements which has been over 38 days ago. When I questioned why the replacements were taking so long, I was told Oakley didn’t have an estimated date when the replacement part would be restocked. I waited another two weeks and called again.
My eye glass supplier gave me the REF #, express their disappointment in how the situation was being handled and suggested I call myself.
I couldn’t believe how OAKLEY handled my call. To paraphrase, «we don’t have an ETA on when the replacements will be ready and that is the black and white of the situation.» After asking if they were possibly discontinued I received… «OH, I don’t think they have been discontinued, don’t think so and wish I had more to tell you.» I got absolutely no answers just like my eyeglass store.
So this is my last pair of OAKLEY prescriptions glasses. My unsubstanciated assumption is that they care more for the sunglass division then their prescription division.
Time for new glasses — Time for a new vendor!

Picked up my new prescription sunglasses in less than 7 days!
Visited the store that’s open to everyone/​the public and they have a free glasses washing machine! So cool!

The employee store is great but the customer service sucks balls. My brother came in to purchase some sunglasses for me to use while running. I’m Asian, so had to get Asian fit because those plastic nose pieces don’t work on my bridge so I’m glad they realized this and created the Asian fit. I wanted polarized lenses but the color frame I wanted didn’t come in polarized so I asked him to purchase me the frame color I wanted and replacement polarized lenses.
The sales person was very quick to accommodate but did he inform that there are actually specific Asian fit lens replacements? Come on now. How am I supposed to know that there are specific Asian fit replacement lenses. I thought the only difference was the nose piece. I’m buying an Asian fit frame why would I need regular lenses that don’t fit the frame?!? You would think the sales person or the cashier would double check before ringing it up and sending my brother on his way.
When my brother checked online and realized that there is a different replacement lens for specifically Asian fit he shared that news with me. I asked him to communicate this with the store and kindly inform that the store failed to warn us of this prior to completion of the purchase. Did they care… NO. all sales final, regardless. Come on now. If I wanted to blow a hundred bucks on something I can’t use again, I would spend it on a fancy meal with an end result of a happy tummy.
Customer service makes this review much lower than what it could be.

Not much to say… this is where it all began. I just come for the walk in customer service. They can usually fix it all over help you get a replacement. The line can get pretty long so come with some time to burn. The store is is hit or miss sometimes they help you sometimes they ignore you. Either way come knowing what you want to buy because most of the workers don’t know what is what? It seems to be a common issues at most stores. I think the employees goal is to sell clothes and not glasses. Anyways the walk in service is great, Jordan is the guy you want to see. Perfect customer service and answers all your questions until you get the warm and fussy about everything.

Went to the headquarters in Foothill Ranch on a Friday at about 5pm. Parked near the front in the visitor 1 hour parking, walked right in. The store was not busy at all.
After a few minutes of browsing, a clerk asked if I needed some help. I explained how I was looking for a certain frame of Oakley glasses called Quarter Jackets for my baseball playing son, and the clerk directed me to a touch screen. There on the touch screen was a blank pair of the glasses I was looking for.
My son created and designed the frames to his liking on the touch screen, picking out the frame color, accent colors and the lense type. The clerk disappeared for a few minutes and came back with all the components of the glasses that my son had picked out. The clerk assembled and built the glasses in front of us, and showed us how to change the lenses out for when we wanted to do that.
I bought one set of frames in the black with red accents, with set of black lenses and one set of clear lenses.
I was very happy that my son got to design the glasses himself rather than seeing the standard stock sets you see at sporting goods stores or sunglasses boutiques.
The team of helpers were all very nice, talking to my two sons, they answered all questions, and there was absolutely no trying to sell me anything extra.
They showed us how to take out lenses, pop the alternative lenses in and now I’m an expert on switching the lenses.
My son needed the eye protection after receiving an eye injury in a baseball game, so having a pair of Oakleys makes me comfortable that his eyes are protected from impact.
He feels cool that he gets to wear a nice pair on the field during day time and then he can switch the lenses out for the clear ones during night games.
Having awesome glasses is a much better option than having him wear a cage style mask for protection, so he feels more cool and we all know how kids want to feel cool.
The helpers at this headquarter store were awesome, and they talked to my son, asking him how they felt and as we walked out, the clerk gave my son a nice hard case to protect the glasses for when he has them in his baseball bag.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, my son couldn’t have felt any better and I think they found a lifetime customer in my 10 year old son. Now he can be like his Dad who has several pairs.

If you are a big Oakley fan like myself then you have to visit this place at least once. This building is incredibly cool looking. It looks like something directly out of the game Bioshock. In terms of merchandise in the store area, it has about as much as a typical O store. I was hoping for a larger selection and maybe a «vault» section that had some of the discontinued and harder to find items. That’s the only reason I can’t give it a full 5 stars. I still really enjoyed seeing this place, the look of building alone gets 4 stars.

I dropped by Oakley HQ for about an hour last week to shop at their employee store. My experience there was quick but positive. I was there around noon on a Wednesday. There weren’t too many people shopping at the time. All of the sunglasses are on the first floor and upstairs is everything else (shoes, clothes, etc.). This may be HQ but they do run out of items. They didn’t have the Ferrari’s I was looking for but i did get my 2^nd and 3^rd choices.
SERVICE
Everyone that helped me at the store was friendly and knowledgeable. The asian guy that helped me was patient and quick.
PARKING
It’s not easy finding a normal parking spot here. If you are just visiting though, you can just parking in visitor parking. That’s not too bad.

In regard to Gerald H. review about the CO’s being banned. Unfortunately many, not a few, bad apples have tarnished the CO badge. I was from Visalia, stopped many CO’s who were blatantly breaking the law, speed, duece etc and expected «special» treatment because their «law enforcement». My recommendation is pay the full price like everyone else and be glad your department had the discount while it lasted. Also while your passing it along as you said in your post, please also pass along our request not to mention your «law enforcement» and ask for a break when stopped by the boys in blue.
Oakley is by far the best sunglass company and honors military and law enforcement, so don’t abuse their generosity. It is out of their gratitude that the discount even exsists.

I have been coming here for years. The place itself looks killer, and the people working are always very helpful. I have bought over two dozen pairs of Oakley’s over the years mainly for a couple of reasons: The quality and the fact Oakley stands behind their product.
I have came to the customer service department a few times and they replaced my glasses for free, or a small fee due to some scratches and other issues that have occurred. Any other manufacturer would have sent me on my way, but Oakley stands behind their product so I will continue to be a customer.

This place is great. They’ve gotten REALLY tight with security since I’ve been there. It seems like some of the LE/​Fire/​etc. have kind of taken advantage of the discount program. It’s sad they ruin it for all of us.
With that said, discounts are discounts and Oakley makes quality products.

A couple of weeks ago I ordered 2 customer pairs of Oakley sunglasses. The store said that they had them «in stock» and I ordered 2^nd day air packaging. After a week to ten days the sunglasses had not shipped. I called the corporate store and they said that some of the parts were on «back order». The biggest problem I had was I was ordering the glasses for a corporate event and was on a deadline. I had to cancel the back ordered pair and just go with the one pair. Even then, it was shipped out late and didn’t get here on time. It was really inconvenient and a misleading that they would say the pair is in stock when it really wasn’t.
The only reason I am giving this 2 stars and not 1 is the fact that the glasses are awesome. Just wish I had been given proper expectations.

Awesome place. Don’t forget all «O» sunglasses have Warranty. I came in expecting to pay for replacement rubber sleeves and nose piece on my Straight Jacket and I got them replaced for free.

If you are a Fan of the Oakley brand, then this place is a must gotta go, put this on your bucket list place to be!
I was doing a sales call at Oakley for work, since this is the corporate headquarters, and I must say that this is probably the coolest company headquarters ever! It is like a theme park there.
Between the «Oakley Tank», Helicopter Launching Pad, and the Grand Front Entrance; I was taken back. I was looking for the entrance to the rollercoaster, but the receptionist told me that it hasn’t been built yet… Stay tuned for that on my next visit to this magical place.

The most awesome spot on Earth for Oakley gear — right from the factory. Even if you aren’t looking for a new pair of Oakleys, visiting the factory itself is a unique experience, from the grounds, the design of the main building, and the interesting things in the factory store inside. It makes a nice stop on a weekend cruise or just because you are looking for something interesting to do for an hour or two.
My personal experiences here have always been positive. The staff is very friendly, laid back, and really helpful. I’ve been able to make exchanges and get repairs quickly and cost effectively.
Also, they have continuously improved and expanded the store inside over the years, making occasional return visits worthwhile. They have whole lines of clothing, watches, goggles, and other things in addition to sunglasses available.
